My flight was cancelled because of COVID-19.
Hotels.com reached out to them on my behalf at least 5 times asking for a refund for the reservation. Meanwhile, the hotel instead of being straight and honest, behaved in a very shady way. They kept asking for an email confirmation, but after we sent at lest 5, they kept pretending like they never received one. All of this was dragged on for almost a month, with me calling Hotels.com every other day and the customer service contacting the hotel with me on the line. Ridiculous behavior!
A honest a clear answer would have been enough, instead of their shady and dishonest behavior. I don’t know about the hotel, but I can tell you for sure that the people who run it are not to be trusted!
