The terrace is enclosed by a curtain with a large panoramic window. The terrace has the glass window open in summer and closed in winter. There is also warm air conditioning in winter when the panoramic window is closed. There are a total of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the penthouse. Two double rooms are 15 square meters with en suite bathrooms and one double room is 10 square meters with a private bathroom next to the room. Each room is furnished with custom-made wooden furniture and has Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning. The bathrooms were redone in 2020\. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and washing machine. The area is quiet and very close to the Colosseum, located at the end of the street and full of restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets. The only drawback was that the main living area was an outdoor terrace. While it was lovely in the early morning or evening, it did get quite hot during the middle of the day.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. They were very responsive to questions- and I had a lot of them. Definitely recommend for a party of 6One thing though. If you get there earlier than check in, make sure you are dropped off at the office, which is several blocks from the. Apartment. Communication was fantastic. The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable for our family of 4\. It was great for us to all have our own space after long days of walking and exploring Rome. I highly recommend asking the owners to arrange transportation to and from the airport, it made things so easy, especially upon arrival. The location is within walking distance to so many sights and the metro station is only a 10-15 minute walk away. There are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute walk.
