We had an amazing stay here, it’s a gorgeous, modern set of rooms. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to, there were lovely restaurants nearby with great shopping. The staff were so helpful, quick to respond to any questions and super efficient. Everything had been thought about. Thank you for a gorgeous stay in Rome.

Me, my partner and our daughter stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. I had a text a few days before about codes for the doors, asking about a baby cot to be put up and when we arrived staff were lovely and answered all our questions we had. We revived a list of recommended places to eat and visit and best way to get there. Our hotel room was extremely clean and location of the hotel was fantastic very central. Our last night we had to leave at 3:30am and reception helped us book a taxi back to the airport the day before we left Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, 10/10 recommend.

I really enjoy the room, very spacious and comfortable for a boutique hotel. Please know the hotel is on the third floor inside the building but needless to say it was a great stay.

We had an excellent stay at 1880 Atypical rooms! Simona and Jeffrey were both accommodating and helpful. Most of Rome’s attraction are all walking distance from the hotel. The main terminal (Roma Termini) is within 10 minutes walking from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at 1880 Atypical Rooms and will stay again when we go back to Rome.

We were very happy to have used 1880 Atypical Rooms as our home base for our few days in Rome. The hotel room was huge (larger than hotel rooms in the U.S. which says a lot for Europe!), clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance to many landmarks - the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and Pantheon - as well as the metro station and many restaurants and shops. Simona was friendly and very helpful in checking in with us the day before, answering questions, and helping arrange an early morning cab to the airport. Would highly recommend!

Stayed for a week, and enjoyed the stay. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, always reaching out to me via WhatsApp to make sure I found the hotel, or if I need anything during my stay. Checked- in early, yet arrangements and directions were provided by the staff in advance so I had access to my room key, since staff doesn’t arrive until afternoon hours. This is kinda like a boutique hotel with a handful of rooms the owe on a specific floor of a very vintage building, which a small elevator is available inside the building. Room was nice, clean and roomy. Location was good, as it’s walking distance about 10-15 mins /within a mile from the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia Square, Spanish steps, and the Trevi Fountain. Bus stops are across the street that takes you to many other sight seeing areas in Rome. The train terminal in Rome was less than 10 mins away on car, easy Uber ride for about 5-10 euros give or take. Highly recommend this place, and when I return back to Rome I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants nearby, safe, Simona was very kind, the only problem I had is that they advertise that they have Parking and they do not, they are in an area that cars that do not have a permit cannot pass, i had to walk 15 minutes with the suitcases from the parking lot where I left the car to the hotel but beside that everything was good

Yes, we are in the historical center so in a ZTL area where traffic and stops are forbidden from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is true there are two parking nearby in Via Napoli but of course, you can go there after 6:00 p.m. during the week. Thank you for an amazing stay! Very clean rooms, great service, and amazing location. Short walk to the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain. We arrived early and our room was ready for us which was amazing, and we were also able to leave our luggage for some time when we were checking out so we can continue to explore Rome. The room was very spacious and had modern decor. The front desk was very helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and attentive. Thank you! Definitely recommend staying here.

Just come back from a trip to Rome and stayed here, it was amazing! It is in walking distance from everything, the room was cleaned daily with great air con (which was needed) and the host on the front desk was a massive help, any questions that we had she responded straight away and assisted us. We would definitely be back to stay, I can’t recommended it enough!

Great location for a city break!
We've just returned from a long weekend in Rome. This is a perfect location for anyone who wants to do a quick city break. The room is for spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and the air conditioning worked well (thankfully it was very hot in Rome). I highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future!

We stayed one night, we were exhausted and extremely tired from traveling from Edmonton Alberta Canada to Amsterdam then to Rome. Our flights were delayed and we were looking forward to a good night rest which is exactly what we got! Beds are comfortable and pillows are amazing super soft! We literally slept in and didn’t want to leave. Very clean and close to train station. Near lots of restaurants. I would stay here again no doubt! Wonderful experience and super easy to access especially how we checked in super late. Thank you for taking care of us and making everything easy and simple and comfortable. We appreciate it so much! We will be back soon!

Property is centrally located. Taxi station across the street. Staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. They were very helpful. I recommend them.

Little gem
What a lovely little hotel. Room was very spacious and modern. The mini bar was a nice surprise. Beds were very comfortable. Simona was very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel and give it 5 stars.
