"The hotel was clean and well located but the beds were not very comfortable and the bedding very thin, not at all cozy. The breakfast was quite spartan and there was not enough seating."

"Steps and elevators are a bit of a pill if you have anyone with disabilities. One reason I cannot give it 5 stars. Steps to get to the first elevator that leads to the 1st floor. Then there are more steps to reach the second elevator, which leads to the hotel room floors. Breakfast was good and worth the cost for the convenience. The hotel's location was excellent, and if you are a walker, there are many places you can reach on foot. There is a park right across the street from the hotel that is really nice and relaxing. Others in my group went and enjoyed nature in the middle of the city. Decent shopping & food options near, and a Money Exchange just one block down. It is a type of bank and they offered a good conversion rate with only a 15 euro charge for the transaction. Goiogle search did not have it and I just happened to find it. "

"Lovely breakfast selection. Very helpful staff - we arrived in the early hours and were met at the door and checked straight in. Staff had also been great at communication before our stay. Beautiful traditional room. Everything we needed."

"Hive was a perfect location for us. Walkable from the train station even with luggage. Note: the sidewalks are uneven. We walked every where. Trevi Fountain, Coliseum and Spanish Steps were only 20 minutes away. We chose to walk every where so we could explore. Rome is such a beautiful city. Hive was perfect. Would stay here again."

"Excellent location! Old Historic Hotel? Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Bellman very good. Front desk staff need to be more attentive to the customer. Room was very nice except the mattress was low and lumpy, Bathtub shower was good. Let cation was perfect!"

"Very well run with efficient staff, this lovely hotel is well placed, for seeing all of Romes landmarks. Set in a lovely square, with great restaurants all round, the hotel is an old converted monastery and retains some interesting and original features. Our room was small but very clean with everything catered for. Management covers everything. We found all the staff to be polite and helpful and I have no qualms in recommending your stay here. As everyone says, the hotel is quiet and secure and was actually perfect for our 4 night stay. Breakfast was lovely. Set in a pleasant room, run efficiently with so much choice. No complaints could possibly be made, the choice and quality of the food offered was first class. All in all. In a minefield of choices, this hotel was faultless Thank you for all you do."
