The villa has steps up to a covered veranda with a large dining table. The main door opens into a large open plan living room and a spacious new kitchen. An archway leads to a master bedroom with on-suite shower room, a family bathroom and a second bedroom which has an external doorway onto a balcony with a spiral stair case up to the roof terrace which hosts a lovely seating area with views over the golf course. The third bedroom has a separate external entrance to the side of the property with an en-suite shower room and is not connected internally to the rest of the house. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the property is air-conditioned throughout. Free Wi-Fi is available. A wall mounted TV, Blu-ray player with a selection of DVDs and Blu-rays as well as books and games provides plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The enclosed garden is secure for children to roam and explore. It provides additional outdoor seating opportunities to enjoy a coffee among the fragrant lemon and orange trees. There is a new table tennis and a darts set. The pool has stairs for easy access. Loungers and umbrellas invite for a relaxed day in the sun. Linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental price. Our local English speaking contact will provide you with the keys and is also available for queries and emergencies and will sort out the end of stay clean; this ensures that every guest arrives at a fully deep cleaned villa. The property is nestled in a picturesque valley, a supermarket, bars and restaurants, ATM as well as the golf course itself are within walking distance. The villages of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales are less than 5 mins drive away, with weekly local markets, restaurants and shops. The beautiful beach of Guardamar (10mins drive) is one of many in the vicinity. Alternatively, the Quesada aqua park is a few minute’s drive away. La Marquesa is only one of half a dozen golf courses within a 30 mins drive, providing ample challenge and variety for the avid golfer. La Zenia shopping centre and the towns of Torrevieja, Elche and Orihuela invite with their shopping and entertainment. The TV is great as smart TV. The WIFI is very good, The areas for eating are shaded and add lots. Air conditioning excellent. The pool has a deep end that is great for older kids/adults. The steps make it handy for smaller ones and shallower end. It is not big but it is big enough for a family. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. We found taxis very hard to get to get to the local towns and any days out we had initially planned.Need to book them in advance. We stayed mainly at house and at the local places within walking distance. We did not hire a car. The Villa was amazing, everything we could ever have wished for. The swimming pool was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and the aircon made it easy to sleep at night. The terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy the evenings. The Villa was clean and spacious. The property owner was amazing at replying to any questions and so helpful and the property manager was brilliant when we arrived. I have children ages 20, 15 and 6 and this was perfect for all of them, when we got to the villa they kept saying wow! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, it really was amazing and we had the best holiday. Will definitely book again in the future. ##### Rebecca B. Excellent relationnel avec Carola la propriétaire qui reste disponible pour ses locataires. Il est dommage que l'accueil et le départ par Jayne ait été peu cordial avec très peu d'explications sur la maison. Lors de notre départ, Jayne est arrivée en avance et à commencer à nettoyer alors que nos affaires étaient encore dans la maison. Gérant immobilier inexistant voir irrespectueux. Cette attitude est regrettable car à l'opposé de la gentillesse de Carola. ##### celine v. Es una casa muy completa (se nota que viven en ella) con todas las comodidades que puedas buscar. Es amplia y pueden convivir cómodamente seis personas. Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios de cocina así como vajilla y cristalería. La cocina es grande y espaciosa, con muebles y electrodomésticos nuevos. La piscina no es muy grande pero está limpia y bien cuidada y es lo mejor de la casa en los días de calor. La propietaria, Carola, responde rápidamente a cualquier pregunta o sugerencia. El encargado de entregarnos las llaves no sabe español, por lo que es conveniente saber algo de inglés. Nosotros fuimos en días de calor y con el aire acondicionado y jugando con la circulación del aire se puede estar bien. Sólo hubo un día de ola de calor que casi todo se hacía insuficiente. En cuanto a la situación está a diez minutos en coche de la playa de Guardamar y a tres minutos de Rojales o Ciudad Quesada. El sitio es muy tranquilo y, eso sí, es necesario el coche para todo. En resumen, una casa fantástica que recomiendo totalmente. ##### Miguel M. Bij het boeken van het huis waren wij al onder de indruk van de foto’s. Voordat wij vertrokken had ik veelvuldig contact met Carola, het waren uiteenlopende vragen van wat er aanwezig was in de woning en of het mogelijk was of wij konden worden opgehaald vanaf een vliegveld. De reactie van Carola was altijd binnen een dag, altijd vriendelijk en ik werd volledig geïnformeerd. De dag van aankomst hebben wij na goedkeuring van Carola contact opgenomen met de property manager, Allison. Wij konden eerder terecht en werden hartelijk welkom geheten door haar. We kregen een rondleiding door. het huis, alles werd goed uitgelegd en in een map stond alles nog een keer zodat we het alsnog konden lezen. Het huis was ons enorm goed bevallen. Aangezien wij onder andere reisden met een peuter van 2 jaar was hij ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Denk aan een kinderstoel, campingbedje, zwembandjes en boven een hek die je kon sluiten zodat hij niet alleen richting het zwembad kon. De keuken was groot en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien die wij nodig hadden in de vakantie. Boven sliepen wij met onze 2 zonen (2 jaar en 15 jaar) en onze dochter (16 jaar) had haar eigen slaapkamer beneden waar ze een en suite badkamer had. Ze heeft er erg van genoten om toch haar eigen plekje te hebben. De bedden lagen heel lekker, matras en kussens waren top! Wij hebben wel eens ervaren dat wij weggingen met rugpijn bij een vakantiehuis, maar nu niet. Airco’s op alle slaapkamers was een verademing in de nacht. Op onze slaapkamer was er ook een en suite badkamer, heel fijn! Verder was er nog een andere badkamer en die was ook prima. Aangezien wij op tijd weg moesten hebben wij met Allison contact gehad dat wij om 07:00 uur weg wilden gaan en ze was er al om 06:50 uur, waardoor wij niet veel later weg konden gaan. De omgeving was ons wel bekend, omdat wij al jaren vakantiehuizen boeken in deze omgeving. Maar we kunnen wel oprecht zeggen dat dit 1 van de beste huizen is geweest waar wij verbleven. Complimenten! Het huis kan ik aanraden voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen, maar ook voor de grotere kinderen. In ons geval hadden wij 2 pubers mee en dat was voor hen ook prima.
