Welcome to our unique brand new three-bedroomed with an extra one-bedroom basement apartment in a new gated residential development in the popular Ciudad Quesada and only 10 minutes from the fabulous sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca and not far from the impressive golf courses.
And for the more fitness-minded vacationer, there is a fully equipped onsite Gym just a few steps from your front door!
The property suitably can sleep up to 6 people in the upstairs 3-bedroom apartment.
The apartment is fully fitted and furnished with all the state-of-the-art appliances, including wall-mounted smart 43-inch TV in each bedroom and 55 inch in the sitting rooms and also a Dish Washer, Coffee machines, Kettles, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Mounted hair dryer, Oven and Microwave Oven, super fast internet broadband.
Each apartment has Kitchen facilities, Smart TVs, and air conditioning. The whole apartments are available for rental, or each also can be rented separately. Please enquire about your need.
Three communal pools serve the residence, and the community has ample car parking. Also, the basement flat has a private gated driveway.
The apartment is brand new and furnished beautifully to a modern high standard, furnished and decorated with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday - home to home.

#### Beautiful apartment in a quiet area
Beautiful and very modern apartment in quiet surroundings, everything works as it should. We were also very happy with the 4 swimming pools in the complex. One small thing, since the basement apartment was also rented out and there is only a shared terrace with grill and table, it can cause some challenges, but it was some nice people who rented the basement apartment, so we made it work. We would love to come again.
