Stayed here for 1 night and overall an excellent stay. The room was a bit smaller than standard ones but very modern and efficient. Everything was controlled by a tablet and easy to use. Movies were free and bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and the lobby was beautifully designed. Only drawback was lack of some facilities you find at other hotels (pool, gym, etc). Very short and easy walk to and from CDG airport.
Needed to take an early flight so I stayed here. It is close to the airport, staff very extremely friendly, and the food was good. The only problem was that the hotel shuttle was not running until a half hour after I needed to leave in the morning (I had to leave at 5:30) so I had to get a taxi, which added nearly 30 Euros to the cost. If I had known that I would have just stayed at the Sheraton or someplace else with more expanded transportation hours.
All staff appeared to be new and unfamiliar with the operations of the hotel. The restaurant seemed to be autonomous, with no relationship with hotel guests. Although their menu clearly states in the elevators and in room that room service is available starting at 10am (which is a strange that it's not earlier) we were advised when we called to order that there is only room service in the evening. Furthermore, their prix fixe breakfast was the most expensive we encountered on our trip and the food was the same as other hotels. Rooms were perfect however, and dinner in the restaurant was excellent.
Northeast of Paris, Roissy-en-France is home to a quarter of the land at Charles de Gaulle International Airport. Suburban trains and buses service Paris. Otherwise, Roissy is mostly a Paris bedroom community.
