Zur Sommerwärme kam die Heizungswärme dazu, die es in der Wohnung unerträglich gemacht hat. Im Hintergrund läuft ständig eine Anlage (evtl. Heizung oder Wasser), die dauernd Geräusche macht und beim Schlafen stört. Außerdem kann man die Aktivitäten (Schritte, Badbenutzung, Rollläden) aus der/den Nachbarwohnung/en hören. Es gab in den Schlafzimmern keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, weshalb es jetzt im Sommer schon sehr früh morgens taghell war. Uns haben daher Stunden an Schlaf gefehlt. Die Bettwäsche war durch Haartönung verfärbt und muss dringend ersetzt werden. Ansonsten eine schöne FeWo. Wem die o.g. Dinge nicht so wichtig sind, wird sich dort wohlfühlen. ##### Maja K. Matratze im zweiten Schlafzimmer total durchgelegen. Das WLAN funktioniert nur imn einem Schlafzimmer und im Flur. Die Wohnung wird erst unter 19 Grad geheizt, der Vermieter ist nicht bereit mindestens 20 Hrad sicher zu stellen. Wir haben abends mit Decke und Strickjacke vor dem Fernseher sitzen müssen. ##### Michael P.
