I appreciate the heated bathroom but my experience was marred by several issues. Our room, accommodating three people, only had one pair of slippers and a robe. Furthermore, the bathroom was out of bath soap, realising we had to call up housekeeping then discovered the phone was also not working! The internet connectivity was poor, constantly kicking us out. Despite having a coffee machine, no capsules were provided. The hair dryer was also non-functional. To add to the discomfort, the pillows were flat and uncomfortably soft. Overall, a disappointing stay with multiple amenities not up to standard.
