The Old Mill Hotel

"The location of this hotel is great, at the side of the river, plenty of seating outside the hotel, with lovely views, couple of pubs across the bridge, which where great too. Plenty of parking which was £10, but didn’t mind paying that anyway, continental breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Definitely go back"

"The hotel is in a perfect location for getting around. And transport links are good. As lone female in a place i had not bern to before i felt safe walking around. My room was on the 4th floor and the first thing that struck me when I stepped out of the lift was how dark it was. Luckily my room was at the end of the corridor next to an external window so it was light directly outside my room but to and from the lift was dark. When the lift opened on other floors. I was struck by how bright and light the other floors were compared to the 4th floor. The room was clean but it is a bit dated. Bed was comfortable and clean. There is no draws for clothes storage, only hanging space. The thing that did annoy me was the shower . The head needs cleaning as the water flow is slow. Used the restaurant twice and both times food was good and the staff were friendly polite and helpful . Food also reasonable priced. I would recommend."

"The Delta Bristol was very modern, clean, and comfortable; staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast selection was incredibly varied, more than those that I've seen at other hotels. Only complaint was that the mattresses were a bit on the hard side, but we had that sorted with an extra cover provided."

"Beautiful and neat hotel. Welcoming staffs. The breakfast was top-notch. Complimentary balloon and chocolate for my husband's birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely visit again 😁"

"Lovely staff, great rooms, pool was lovely but busy. The biggest single let down was breakfast. It was OK nothing special but charging £4 for a speciality coffee and then £6 to upgrade your breakfast for a come of extra bits was just cheap and penny pinching. I typically spend 100+ nights a year in hotels from 3* to 5* and the breakfast thing stuck out out bad."
