"The hotel was comfortable and clean and well located in Bath. My husband had taken a fall and had difficulty walking and with only one lift the walk to our room was very long."

"Perfectly located right in the centre of Bath facing the theatre, the hotel is immaculately clean and has a very nice, small bar area at the front. I would describe the rooms as functional - small, compact but have everything you need, and again very clean. Taking 1 star off for the rock hard bed."
