"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. On top of it the cleaning lady entered the apartment to clean at 9h15 while we were still in it!! She didn’t care and cleaned anyway. Very uncomfortable and awkward. A...

"Værelset var fint og morgenmaden var helt OK. Det var et problem, at Hotellets navn egentlig er Palads Hotel. Det gjorde det lidt svært at finde frem til receptionen, der i øvrigt var lukket. Der kom en ansat i løbet af et par minutter. Tv havde en chromcast, hvilket var dejligt. Vi kunne bare ikke få den til at virke"
