Located just 3 lots away from the Rodanthe Pier, easy access to the beach on a state maintained paved road - there's a lot to love about this rental home besides the stunning water views. The water's lure may just lead you into the sparkling private pool or indulgent hot tub, or you can step inside and be enticed by a game of pool in the first level game room with pool table, TV/DVD, and wet bar with full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also on this level is a king master bedroom with TV/DVD and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, TV/DVD and semi-private bath. Upstairs, you can give into temptation and spend a lazy morning in bed in one of three inviting king master bedrooms, all with TVs/DVDs and all with private baths. On the top level, you can indulge in those gorgeous views, or allow yourself to be distracted by the great room with ample kitchen and dining area, and living area with TV/DVD. There's also a convenient half bath powder room and a spacious king master bedroom with TV/DVD. Spend a little time at PROMISE KEPT and you'll understand the attraction. The 1st floor and pool area were dirty, the grill was unusable and disgusting. The pool area was okay, but their is a big ant problem as they were all over the chairs and in the pool. The main 4th floor was lovely and nice for the family gatherings. However we noticed a lot of mold coming from the vents and a lot of vents were coming away from walls and ceilings. The temperature control on the 3rd floor did not seem to work at all. Over all it seemed to be a nice hours, but needs some serious TLC! ##### James C.
