Small independent hotel
Small independent hotel in Grand Lake. We stayed on New Year’s Eve so we could see the fireworks on the lake. It is not fancy but clean and no contact check in ( our code for the room and lobby was texted and emailed to us). The bed was not very comfortable but okay. Very close to the lake and restaurants (walking distance). Only a couple miles outside the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park

The microwave was dirty. The front door was insulated poorly. The bed was close to the front door and could feel the cold air coming through tdoor.
