The spa sweet was beautiful. The spa jets are super touchy, but we got them to work. We did find some broken glass in the kitchen upon arrival, so we were nervous to walk around barefoot. Both of the bedside lamps were caked with hair. Human and animal. Definitely needs a deep clean.. but we made this stay wonderful.

We only stayed 1 night in one of the jacuzzi tub rooms, but we loved it! The property was amazing and the creek running behind our room was an added bonus. We opened up the windows so we could hear the water while we drank wine in the tub. Perfect romantic getaway! Only complaint is the main hot tub outside was broken. This was on 10-22-22. The nice lady at the front desk told us when we checked in that they had ordered a new one. So if you're really counting on that to be working, id call before booking and ask

The property is in a convenient and very beautiful area.Minutes from RMNP entrance . We chose the place based on location and reviews. One of the things everyone loved was the outdoor hottub . This was non functional when we arrived so we were bummed . The person in the office was not able to help us figure out the heater ( said housekeeping would know) so was a little chilly at night . Loved the patio overlooking the little river flow , the deer wondering through and the fireplace .

The location was great, right on the river so even if there was car traffic it was drowned out by the water. Dark and star-filled nights were beautiful. We stayed in a spa suite, which was nice. The spa was wonderful, you could open the window and listen to the river from your room. We were about 5 minutes from the Fall River entrance to RMNP, which was very convenient. The only discomforts were the bed was very firm and the fireplace was very dim, very minor things and we would happily stay at the property again.

Nice place to return to
Great stay. After 25 years, we returned to the Boulder Brook where we honeymooned. This time we brought our three children with us. They said it was a little like us - a little dated but charming and basically in good shape. I agree. Might be a time for a little update on the bathrooms. But otherwise a great stay. Clean rooms and grounds. Riverview is nice. Easy and friendly check-in and out. Would return and stay here again. Maybe won't wait 25 years this time.

We loved that the rooms were right on the river. We picked up lunch and ate it in the gazebo on the property for two days because it is so beautiful. The hot tub was great. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Very relaxing place to stay. Love the room the view and the outdoor hot tub was really nice as were the Elk that wandered through occasionally. Couldnt have ask for a better place to stay on Fall River

This is definitely the best place I have stayed. It scored 5 stars in all aspects that we look for in a stay. Location: Just next to a nice creek. Water flows at a high speed at this creek. They have chairs in the right location to enjoy a coffee, dinner or a read a book next to the creek. Room: It's not a room, it's a complete house with all the facilities. All the furniture is of high quality like laz boy pull-out couch, real wood tables, etc. The pantry inside the room is fully stocked. They have paid attention to even little things. Like soap, shampoos are from Bed & Body wash instead of some cheap items that they provide in a typical hotel. They have plates, cups, bowls everything in the kitchen. Even in 4-star hotels, you won't get this kind of service. Accessibility: Just 10-15 minutes away from both Trail Ridge Road gate and Bear Lake gate. Many restaurants less than 10 minutes away. Quietness: Very quiet. I thought I will hear some road noise since it's close to the road but didn't hear anything. Staff: Very welcoming and pleasant. Had only two interactions - while checking -in and in-between for something else.
