It was good. During my stay, there seemed to be some problems with the AC. It wasn't a major issue, but I felt it.
I was not impressed with the pool size. It could barely fit a family of four. It would be difficult if more than one family wanted to use the pool.
The hotel staff here is helpful and kind. I docked one star because the room has terrible flourescent lighting in the bathroom and the bulb was replaced which did take away some of the flashing. The pillows are filled with chunks of rubber and are too high at least for my comfort. The breakfast was a great amenity and was about average. The workout facility was small but fine for my needs. Room was quiet and clean.
Nice new motel in new area with convenient free parking. Rooms are new, large and clean. Only negative is that the lighting in the bathroom is awful; way too dark. Other than the lighting in the bathroom its an excellent place to stay the night.

The hotel looked new and was very attractive and affordable. There was a Safeway, Krispy Cream and Starbucks within walking distance. I booked this hotel because of the close proximity to the Metro. The Metro, however, is NOT within walkng distance, and the shuttle service is very limited. We arrived at 7 p.m. and were advised the next shuttle available was at 9:30 p.m. We again tried to book a shuttle for 9:00 a.m. and were told we should book the 8:30 a.m. shuttle if we wanted to be on time. We ended up doing a combination of Uber ride and driving, which was frustrating because we specifically booked the hotel due to its close proximity the Metro.

Maryland’s second-largest city is Rockville. A remote Washington, D.C. suburb, the red line of the nation’s capital subway stops here, as does MARC (a regional light rail service between Baltimore and Washington) and Amtrak. F. Scott Fitzgerald is buried here and REM’s song “Rockville” is about this city.
