"3:00pm was the check in time in my email but the receptionist told me 4:00pm. Would’ve been nice to have it collaborated for better planning of a special event that was happening. Lost an hr of important business. "

"We stayed here for a weekend visit to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday in Victoria. From check-in to check-out, everything was fabulous! The only complaint from any of the 4 of us in our room, was the lighting in the bathroom. Two of the four would/could not even attempt applying makeup prior to dinner, due to the dim bathroom lighting. Having said that, the bathroom 'space' was incredible for 4! Hotel security was fantastic and the valet parking was great. A little more space at the check-in/valet zone would have made things easier but we still managed okay. Quick & friendly check in (including warm cookies), hotel/room cleanliness, walkable location to everything downtown, onsite hotel restaurants (Starbucks) & pub were all top notch! Highly recommend staying here for family's, couples & singles! "
