"This cabin is great for 4-5 people.It was sparsely furnished with the essentials for daily living. The trash was full when we arrived.Had only 3 trash bags for us to use.The maintenance people made so much noise on Friday I could not sleep.Although most of the cabin was clean the master bedroom had so many spiders and spider webs we had to clean before use.Non of this tops the horrible condition of the driveway. This will cause someone a slipped disc.There is no excuse for the condition of this...

"The hotel rooms and main areas are clean. The pools have high volume of chlorine. The warming tub/hot tub, had lots of kids. For health and safety reasons it should be 14 and up. Small kids were jumping in under supervised, swimming under water and used the warming tub/hot tub as a pool when you should only to 15 minutes increments. "

"Cons: The front desk staff were not welcoming at all. I thought it may have just been the person we got at check-in. They were usually gathered together and chatting with each other. It was just an odd vibe for the friendly vibe we expected from this hotel. The hot tub wasn’t working, which was disappointing since it was spring break and the temps were too cold after sundown to use the pools. The MOD was rude to the trainee that had gotten a drink wrong. Pros: The game area was pretty nice, The arcade and pinball machines were free, no coins needed, there was a decent selection of board games for both kids and adults. The decor was so pretty, and the rooms were very spacious! Breakfast was always very good and the staff kept everything filled. They were always nice! The other water area options were fun. If you have kids it’s hard to keep an eye on them from any one area since the layout is stepped and the slide is centered. "

"Parking was atrocious if you want to park your own car! My card wouldn't open the gate to parking 2 separate times! I had to back out into traffic and heavy foot traffic both times to go return to the Hotel and get the card changed. Finally gave up. They do have valet parking though if you don't mind teenage kids parking your $80,000 truck! Then it stopped working for our room door. Had to get it replaced twice. The place is very nice but the parking and the room/parking card was a real hassle for us!"
