"Room was very clean. The only negative thing was the water would come out the bottom of the shower door. I would have enjoyed the fire pit especially with the weather being cool on our trip, but it was never on. Breakfast was ok, I would have enjoyed a better selection. The hotel is in a great spot close to 30A but far enough away from the busy traffic of HWY 98. "

"Overall our stay was good. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. However, our reservation was for 4 people and we only had bedding on the bed. We requested other blankets and were never provided any. We did bring pillows and blankets but ended up having to purchase another at Walmart. Check in was also not straight forward. I was prepared for issues since reading reviews that mentioned it. I received emails saying that I needed to sign the agreement and that it was sent to me twice. However, I checked my email and spam folder and didn’t have the email anywhere. I called the provided number and they were able to send me one. I was able to sign the agreement and get everything set up before we arrived. I can see how people would have this issue if they were unaware of the issues though. I enjoyed having a full kitchen which Iwasnt sure we would. Some booking included “full kitchenette” in the listings but Ibooked one without that description. I was sure what we’d have availableso Iwas pleased to see we had a full kitchen and full size fridge. The bed and couch were comfortable as well and we had plenty of towels. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Littke Birds. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and even a gift from our hostess! It had a very comfy feel and was a great home away from home. The location is excellent, close to shops and restaurants and right beside the walking path. Any questions we had were immediately answered by our hostess. The beach access was right across the street and 3 pools are available. "

"My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The Aries vacation rental had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. It was very clean, spacious and accurate from the site. The Aries were very quick with replying and responding when we felt the need to reach out. They even gave a list of restaurants and other places to visit that assisted with our stay as well. The check in & out process was simple. We will look to visit the Aries vacation rental again in the future when visiting the area. Thanks #McGheeS"

"This house worked perfectly for our family. It was so close to the beach and some amazing restaurants! Host was so communicative and even threw out some ideas for entertainment and dining. The beds were really comfortable which is usually a big issue with rentals!! The 6 person golf cart was a huge bonus as we used it all the time to go into town and the beach! I would highly recommend this house!!"

"We didn’t actually meet any staff, because we got in around 7:30 pm. But instructions for room were perfect and the accommodations were lovely. Really liked the mattress."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location where we could easily bike to Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain for meals and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pools and ping pong table in the fitness center. The walk to the beach is long but pleasant because of the shaded boardwalk."
