"First impressions when entering was being greeted by a friendly receptionist, who made booking in simple and gave accurate details to find our room. Everything was clean and very tidy. The room was on the top floor and was reached by stairs, we booked a small double room with a shower and toilet and it was very cosy and well presented. Again spotlessly clean. A sea view greeted us though the winter weather reduced it some what, I’m sure in summer it would have been spectacular. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was very good, possibly a little too much salt in the seasoning for my liking but excellent all the same. We finished with drinks in the bar served by another exceptionally friendly staff member. After a good nights sleep we had breakfast which was again very good quality, and some of the best bacon I have had for years, plenty to choose from the eat and again helped by friendly staff members. Overall a great place to stay and would visit again. "
