It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. "

The staff were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay The location, view, amenities, activities (ask for Victor’s sessions) specific stunning pool, incredibly comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff was I especially enjoyed -thank you (Sandra/concierge) (Jesus, Ana, Reyna -spa- Eduardo, Luz (buffet) the relaxing spa treatments (ask for Reyna). "I am in my mid 40s and was a bit hesitant about staying at a hostel! As a solo female traveller I feel safe at all times, private in the little sleeping nook, and loved spending time on the rooftop patio :) Casa Pepe had everything I needed as a home base to explore Sayulita and surrounding area. Sidenote, there is quite a bit of party action, although it shuts down at the hostel by 11, the town itself continues long into the night! So bring earplugs :) "
