Management was great in getting me settled in an providing instruction an directions on where I wanted to go. The hotel was clean an spacious. Only bad the internet an tv was down my last day there.

Wow what amazing staff, also spoke great English. We felt like we kind of had the best of two hotels with this because of the quick walk to the breakfast at another location. Also when our pool was being cleaned they would send us to the other hotel so we never had to wait. Huge room and very clean! Everyday!

We liked that the Front Desk Clerks were all very knowledgeable and super helpful with anything that we needed, from advice on cool things to do, tips on what types of transportation to use, and recommendations on good places to eat around town.

Apartment was lovely and cool before turning the air conditioning on. They had bikes we could use. Laundry place just around the corner. Beach a few kms away. Only downside was the shower didn’t have a curtain of any sort so the water went everywhere

Perfect little oasis in town. Super warm and welcoming staff - thank you! Within biking distance of the Tulum Ruins, the beach and the Gran Cenote.

Clean Condo Hotel in Tulum
Very nice Condo Hotel, the room is clean, the staff is nice and very helpful. They rent you a bicycle without a cost and you can go to the beach, Mayan ruin etc in it. A++++!

Great location close to the main avenue in the city center and very close to the bike routes that lead to the beach and the ruins. Free use of beach towels and bikes are also a great plus! Staff has excellent recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs to suit your preferences. Staff was welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend a stay here.

loved this place!!very friendly and welvoming staff who are all happy and want to help in every way possible...very large room..more like a condo where yu can cook.separte bedroom....very nice...loved the location, ..enjoyed the breakfast and the bikes that came with it..would definitely stay again

Peaceful and clean
Had a great stay at Palms Tulum, condo was extremely clean, staff was friendly and helpful, security was provided at night and bicycles available for use (free). Condo is centerally locates in town and about 2 miles (20 min bike ride) to beaches and Grand Cenote. Would recommend Palms Tulum, only con was WiFi was intermittent on the 3rd floor condo, but worked great poolside.

Rooms were clean and beautiful. Service was spectacular. Only thing is the internet signal is very weak, and the pool is really small.

Everyone was super helpful. Location is convenient, our room was just as pictured (maybe even nicer!) and free bikes were a good perk!

The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The room was immaculate and quite spacious. The location is perfect for walks downtown, taking a rental car to the beach, or traveling to Mayan ruins, or swimming in a cenote. Or, if you prefer, the hotel has bicycles for your personal use for an easy ride to the beautiful white sandy public beaches. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Close to supermarket and the 7-11 where you can get taxis to the beach. Should only cost you $100 pesos, not $200. Don’t let them swindle you! It was clean/spacious, modern look, they give you bikes for free, the front desk staff was nice, the breakfast at Elements was good enough, etc. I wish the shower would be warmer than for 10 minutes and the WiFi was stronger in the rooms. The WiFi was strong in the lobby area.

I enjoyed my time stay here. The hotel is located in the city center so it's near the action and restaurants, plus it's about a 15/20 minute bike ride from the beach. I love that they provide you with a bike for free as well. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the bathrooms were wonderful! There is a lot of traffic and construction noise, and the blinds weren't the type to block out light so getting a restful sleep was difficult at times. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is central. It's a good hotel to stay at if you want to experience a variety of great food, shopping and restaurants but probably not if you are looking for rest and relaxation.

Location was great and the property is clean. The hotel arrange land transfer from airport. The private shuttle arrived 2 1/2 hours late to Cancun airport. We called 4 times. Each time we were told the shuttle is 10 minutes away. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told we should book our excursion to Chichen Itza right way because there are 10 people in our group. Waiting any longer could result in no availability with the tour group they were suggesting. Long story short on the day of the excursion we discovered from other tourists on the same excursion that we paid $200USD extra to the hotel for booking the excursion for us. We told Danialla who booked the excursion that we learning what others paid and were basically told their is nothing they can do to make it right. The management is a ripe-off beware. Walk 100 metres down the street to Easy Tours and book directly with them. You will save yourself the 45% surcharge.

Thank you very much for your rating and your comment, that helps us improve. about your transportation you are absolutely right, the transporter arrived very late and about the prices of tours, There, Daniella gave them the price that the company manages and even managed to get us discounts. the bad thing is that different places of sales of tours have different prices to the public price. More kindly I apologize for this bad experience.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The location is within a short walk of a supermarket. The breakfast is in the other hotel but is good. The only thing is that the loud music was heard from a nearby bar at the late night. But you do not hear much in the bedroom.

Great boutique hotel
Nice, good size suites with everything you may need. Friendly staff, good breakfast, coffee at reception, car park, plenty of restaurants, bars and stores nearby. Few minutes drive to nice beach. Bikes for those who like to cycle. WiFi is the only thing that could be improved, as the signal in a room was weak.

Loved the service and the clean was great! They fold your towels into the cutest swans, we really appreciated it. It was amazing, it felt more like a home than a hotel. Will definitely be staying here again!

Had a minor problem at check In, the hotel could not find the Orbitz booking confirmation. However, after being shown the confirmation e-mail, they provided us a room. The hotel/condo was very nice. Staff were moderately friendly but didn’t speak much English. Good location.

Great spacious condos.
Lovely friendly staff. Pool area and condo very clean. The condo was very spacious, a living area where you could self cater if you wished, but there were too many great restaurants nearby! Located in a side street, which for us was great, as no noisy main road, but main strip and beach road all within walking/ cycling distance. They have bicycles that you can use free of charge. Breakfast served in sister hotel, a short walk around the corner .
