The landscaping of the property was serene. With that being said I was disappointed with the lack of service as it related to the following: the day I arrived there was a heavy thunderstorm and the front desk did not offer me and my group a ride to our room which was a quarter mile away. Our building was difficult to locate in the heavy rain and each employee we came in contact with did not speak english and could not assist. Secondly, the refrigerator in out room was broken, the iron was broken and the safe did not work. The building our rooms were in were outdated. The booking of dinner reservations at the resort was complicated for no apparent reason. Overall, the customer service component of this resort was lacking to say the least. Less emphasis on appearance and take more time to adhere to the needs of your patrons to ensure positive reviews in the future. Maybe i’ll read about it because I wont be back.

This resort never disappoints us. The food is superb at every restaurant. The service is amazing, especially at the buffet for breakfast and lunch with Mardo and Archie. I highly recommend the resort. The only thing I did not like was the addition of the day beds by the pool area. It made it look messy, cluttered and less luxurious than what I remember without them. I would remove these. Similarily, the pool area has become very congested with loungers and the lounge pads need to be replaced.

Its a great hotel on te lower part of the tops resorts. Vip status was very honored and was great. The staff is always kind and useful for all amenities and activities. Restaurants are great, and the oriental and french ones are superb! They are not that big so expect a bit of waiting because there are no reservations

It was ok at best. Resort isn’t in top shape. Limited food options. When you actually were able to eat somewhere, the food is below average at best. Good luck getting seats by the pool, everyone wakes up early and outs their personal stuff on chairs to reserve. This is not a 4 star resort. I’ve stayed at Dreams resorts before and this by far is the worst of all of them.

Beautiful resort, small but so much that it feels crowded . Great staff, great service, great food. If I had anything to say negatively would be that night life ends at 11. But that’s it. Loved our time there.

Almost everything in this hotel is average. It is important to mentioned that the hotel is under construction at the moment. The front desk lied about the very obvious construction and the noice around pool and dinning areas. The front desk was very unapologetic about it and decided to ignore my complaints about the very loud construction noice. However, most of the waiters were very friendly and humble. The entertainment was also very good and the spa experience was excellent.

we liked that everything was clean and in walking distance. Things that needed approvement was to get rid of those seagulls, have more beach towels, clean up the beach and try to do more with those white ants

The property was great for the purpose of our trip, a wedding. However, the service everywhere is slow and amenities all have limited capacity. There was construction happening next to the pool which disturbed guests through out the trip.

First the good. The staff at the hotel (other than reception) are *wonderful*. The entertainment team including Ricardo and Theresa were fantastic. The staff at the restaurants are friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough. The hotel is in reasonable condition. The site is nice and the beach is pristine. A few renovations could be used, but in general no complaints. The bad: it is almost impossible to get either a sun lounger or towels. It's tricky to get a reservation at the restaurants, but if you're happy to wait 30-90 mins the food is good. The French restaurant in particular is exceptional. The ugly: we booked through eBookers selecting two adults and two children and selected the children's ages correctly. When we checked in they told us that eBookers had told them we were two adults and two infants. I showed them the confirmation email which clearly showed two adults and two children. They apologized and moved us to a suitable room. That, I thought, was the end of it. Oh how wrong I was. On checkout they tried to present us with a bill for nearly $400 for the children. I told them about the multiple conversations we had had, assuming they would again apologize for the mix-up. Oh no. They demanded we pay the $400 and told us we were not allowed off the hotel property until we had paid. WHAT?!?! I have never in my life been held HOSTAGE! After a 30 minute standoff we managed to slip out. DO NOT come to this hotel unless you enjoy being held hostage against your will.

I left a day early as the food was not good at all. The bedskirts were covered in mold. Not a beach towel to be found. No one could get their hands on towels for some reason. Sorry Dreams was no dream for us. Major letdown.

The drink level of consistency needs improvement, with only4 ala carte restaurants the menu choice is very limited especially when staying 5 nights or more. The poolside grille could use better choices, they use substantially less guality than the buffet The “hot tub” is anything but hot

This place works because of the hard work of the staff. Management is terrible and they don’t provide solutions. It’s is old, dirty and not well managed. Not many options for dining. Their advertising is misleading, they says they are 4 diamonds but it should be no more than 3.5 stars.

Everything was so perfect and beautiful I have so much fun there, the only thing is the cóctel’s that are a little be light but except for that everything was so good.
