Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.

We were on an all-inclusive. It was absolutely fantastic. The property the people the bars the beach the room. Everything was absolutely fantastic. We are definitely going back again and would suggest it to anybody traveling in that area. It is absolutely superb.
