"Lovely villa with a stunning pool. Situated within easy reach of restaurants, grocery shops, bars and the beach but within a private estate, the accommodation is well equipped with everything you could need. Air conditioned rooms provide perfect comfort from the heat and the pool gives an ideal way to cool outside. The kitchen and outdoor dining provide a fantastic way to enjoy the local produce, the only thing possibly missing is a barbecue, but I assume this is a local restriction. Couldn’t fault anything otherwise and we enjoyed a lovely week here. Highly recommended."

"Appartement situé au premier étage d'une villa , spacieux , beaucoup de charme, clim dans chaque pièce, terrasse et vue agréable. La maison est entourée d'un jardin verdoyant où se trouve une jolie petite piscine à partager avec les autres locataires , ce qui ne nous a pas posé de problème. La situation est idéale, proche de Budoni et des plages. Mention spéciale pour Marilena qui nous a accueilli avec tellement de gentillesse"

"Good: Overall great stay. Staff was great. Food and drinks are adequate for the all inclusive price. Location is both near a beach and a bus stop. Bad: We had some water dripping from the ceiling in the corridor and in the toilet of our room, likely due to condensation from the AC, which was negative but didn't hinder us too much. The hotel also experienced several power outages every day of our stay, but power was out for just a couple of seconds each time (didn't affect us except for the power strip that had to be manually turned on again since it defaults to off every time). The beach nearby the hotel was not great, but during summer there's a bus service that can take you to other beaches nearby. The pool closes too early, at 6pm, so we had limited entertainment options during the early evening. Conclusion: I would stay here again."

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet – alles war sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Insgesamt können wir die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"This a nice apartments complex near Budoni. A nice private pool and a small garden makes the place unique and refreshing after coming back from the beach or to enjoy a breakfast or a cozy barbecue dinner at home in the portico which includes a grill spot. The apartments are tastefully furnished with all needed appliances included (iron, hairdryer, washdish and washing machine).The host Marilena is super nice, friendly, and very responsive to all needs. I strongly recommend this place for people visiting the Budoni area, as it is close to the main beaches but still quite far from the most chaotic nodes."
