"If I was just rating the room itself, it would be five stars. Room was big, shower was great, bed was comfy. But I can't rate it five stars because the insulation was non-existent or we truly had an elephant in the room above us. From 10:00 pm until 2:30, the individual decided to walk a marathon. The footsteps never seemed to stop. They must have fallen asleep and I was able to sneak in a few hours myself but at 6:30, they were back at it. They weren't intentionally trying to be loud but I could hear every footfall. Maybe in your next renovation you might want to add some more insulation."

"Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils. A kitchen knife would also be a practical addition to the utensils. Also, the other bedroom is only accessed thru the shared bathroom and if locked by the user in the bathroom, no one from that bedroom can go out - this is a safety issue."

"This is a very nice place to stay. As always in America,so it's no fault of the staff. I still think hotel accommodations are overrated and too high, but this place as a business,rates very high as far as quality and what you get compared to other places that don't offer as much and the staff was very kind and professional and friendly and the only complaint is that the television seems to go on and off frequently Losing the signal, but I would definitely want to recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again"

"So very glad we found this property after a couple of misfires with Vrbo reservations for the 4th of July weekend. Clean, inviting, and surprisingly, VERY quiet, given it is near a major highway. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the accommodations. As well, communication was almost instantaneous and extremely helpful. Very close to Huntington Metro Station, where we parked for the day so we could go into Washington DC. Also close to Aldi so we could pick up snacks and cream for our coffee (and right up the street from Krispy Kreme!) We will definitely consider this property again should we return to the area!"
