"Our stay at this location was great. We have a dog who enjoys short walks, and there are walking paths right by the property. The location is convenient if you need access to the highways or need to be on Hull Street Rd. The host was very responsive if we had any questions."

"Top notch! This home was spacious,CLEAN, and well stocked on every level! The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything you can imagine. We had 8 adults and 3 young children and we enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and sun room in the mornings with our coffee. The highlight for the kids was the awesome aquarium with tropical fish. Our grandchildren were positive that this was where Nemo and Dory lived!I can’t say enough good things about the welcoming touches provided by Stephanie and Jon. The fresh flowers, grab and go snacks and waters were a thoughtful touch. On that note, I also need to mention how much we appreciated the ease of communication with Stephanie. She was gracious in directing us to blenders to make smoothies and responded immediately when the code stopped working on the entry doors. We had ample towels, bedding and having 3 full baths was especially essential when all 8 adults needed to get ready at the same time for a family event. Plenty of hot water! Yay!!We lacked for nothing except a box of Kleenex when the 4 yr old found out he couldn’t take the fishes home with him! Highly recommend and will stay here again if availability allows!"

"The house was easy to find, in a great, quiet area close to shops and restaurants. The house is bigger than it seems in photos. We loved the coffee and tea bar, especially all the syrups! All of the beds in the upstairs rooms were great. The house is so quiet and we all slept well. A trip to Richmond was easy and didn’t take too long. I would recommend and we would definitely stay here again."

"Will definitely stay here again if we are in the Richmond area! The house is very spacious and tastefully decorated. We didn’t get to enjoy the screened in outdoor area or the outside seating area because it was too hot, but it looked like a great place to hang out if the weather was cooler. The host is responsive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would’ve enjoyed TVs in all of the bedrooms as a personal preference. Other than that, the house is plenty stocked with necessities and the host had wash cloths delivered during our stay. Thank you Adriane!"

"We needed a place for our family of 4 to stay for a month and this house was perfect! Close enough to the city and amenities, grocery store less than 5 min away. And still the neighborhood was perfect for walking, exploring, and bike riding daily. Really happy with our stay! Communication with the owner was easy too!"
