The property, recently renovated, is characterized by a spacious and bright living area with access to the garden and breathtaking views of Lake Iseo. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The living area is equipped with a wooden table with six seats, a double sofa bed and a TV. The Lavanda apartment also has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The Lavanda apartment is completed by a splendid garden overlooking the lake, where you can sunbathe and relax, equipped with deckchairs and a barbecue. HOUSE RULES Animals are not allowed. The tourist tax is not included and will have to be paid at check-in. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Early / late check-ins and check-outs will be granted based on the availability of the property and upon acceptance (a supplement may be required). The request must be received at least 24 hours before check-in. If the guest does not show up before 18:00 and a late check-in is not granted, the reservation will be marked as "no Show". Upon check-in a security deposit of 100 euros in cash will be required, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 7 working days of check-out, after checking the condition of the property. Das war für uns das Hauptargument, diese Wohnung zu buchen. Was wir vorfanden, war ein Schlafzimmer, in das genau ein Doppelbett passte, und man gerade noch um das Bett herumgehen konnte (ca. 30 cm Platz). Keine Ablagemöglichkeit, nicht einmal einen Koffer konnte man abstellen. Das zweite "Schlafzimmer" war eine innenliegende Kammer ohne Fenster und Türe mit ca. 4,9 qm. Der dunkle Flur führte in ein innenliegendes Bad. Da es keine funktionierende Lüftung gab, bildet sich Schimmel an den Wänden, es roch muffig und nach Fäkalien. Die erwähnte Waschmaschine wurde ersetzt durch einen Entfeuchter. In der Kücheneinheit funktionierte das Licht über dem Herd nicht, man kochte im Dunklen. Die Mikrowelle auf dem Kühlschrank hatte keinen Netzanschluss. Der Herd bestand nur aus einem Gasherd (die größte Flamme funktionierte gar nicht) und KEINEN Backofen. Überhaupt gab es in dem Wohnbereich nur 2 Steckdosen (TV und Kaffeemaschine), auch keine im Schlafzimmer. Die ganze Elektrik sah sehr nach "selbstgemacht aus". Die Eingangstüre konnte man von innen nicht abschließen, Schloss war defekt. Und den Fensterladen davor konnte man nur von außen auf/zuschließen. Das gab kein Gefühl der Sicherheit für die Nacht. Am Pool keine Möglichkeit den Schirm aufzustellen. Positiv war die Lage, Aussicht und Roberta, die bemüht war. Kein WLAN und keine Doku. Wir sind nach einem Tag abgereist. Insgesamt hatte die Whg. max. 39 qm, zu klein für 3 Zimmer. ##### Joachim B. I was considering making a lousy review so we could have this fantastic place for ourselves, but that wouldn’t be fair to Roberta. It is a perfect place for vacation, and I can’t see how it could be better. The view, the apartment, the pool, the great restaurants in town, the outside kitchen, all of it was fantastic.
