Bare I’m mind it is the complete opposite side of the lake to the train station Desenzo so takes about 2hrs on the fast ferry and they only have a few per day. We would definitely come and stay here again if we wanted another quiet break at Lake Garda"

"Very disappointed by no tea or coffee making facility in the room. This is very unusual in a hotel of this standard. Also disappointed by the small bathroom with shower over the very small bath. Why not just have a walk-in shower and no bath ? "

"Very clean hotel, very simple & modern. We were part of a large family group and all of us had the same experience… not enough towels for all of us in the room even though we paid for each of us to stay there. Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up! This was a disappointment, especially given how much we paid to stay there. Nice location, nice hotel, wonderful breakfast, but poor in-room service."
