Host was very accommodating - I was able to check in after 8 PM and pay upon arrival. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. It was a huge bonus that I was able to bring my dog with me.

Almost perfect. Place is outdated for sure but that's part of the experience so I wouldn't let that negatively impact the assessment of this place. The area including Lawrenceburg nearby is amazing. Picture perfect little town and everything is very clean. The hotel is right on the riverwalk with access to it's beautiful porch if you want to sit outside and relax at night. My advice: Bring a towel and a hand towel. I'm sure the towels were very clean but they were white and you could tell they were old. Clean...but old. Probably what I would do next time but other than that? We WILL be back everytime we're down there if rooms are available.

I liked everything about the property.Very clean. The Property owner was very nice and attentive to our needs.Just like staying at my parents house.It was rustic and had good views of the Ohio river.Will definitely stay there every time I come back to Rising Sun Indiana
