The owner has added so many touches that it feels like home. There is not one thing which didn’t match the description. It was spotlessly clean & the welcome could not have been warmer even more so because of our personal circumstances & the fact that our early arrival caused some issues for the owner & cleaner. We needed some quiet time because of our personal issues. & we could not have been happier with our stay. Would we come back? The apartment was in a great position overlooking the market square in Ripon. All amenities literally on your doorstep ! Lovely sitting to eat at the table and people watching ! Very clean and well presented. Well equipped kitchen, pint of milk was a lovely touch as well as the complementary tea and coffee. Private parking a bonus, access stairs to the back of the property from parking spot not for the infirm ! Was race weekend and we were anxious about noise but great double glazing which kept noise out. Nothing really but as others have pointed out the bath towels need to be bigger , a bath sheet would be perfect.
