"There were a variety of choices for breakfast. The food was fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower . Wished there was complementary water in the room."

"We stayed in the Junior suite and had an amazing experience. Great layout with 2 balconies and a separate living room area for tv. Staff were extremely kind and always offered help where needed. For example, one day there was heavy rain when we were headed out to dinner and the front desk offered us an umbrella to borrow no questions asked! The restaurants on the lower first floor were excellent (Brayan and Sebastián were very friendly) and rooftop vibe was amazing at night with great music. We loved how tucked away this property was from all the Poblado/Provenza craziness but still close enough to walk. Will definitely stay again someday and recommend to friends."
