The VIP level, upper level includes 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This listing sleeps 14 guests with first class accommodations. Elevator access, large balcony overlooking the arroyo and wildlife refuge. Bring your own boat or let us guide you to the best fishing spots. Cook, play cards or watch TV in our spacious living area. If you prefer to bring your own boat, we have a large dock with slips for your overnight stay. Free parking, boat dock, BBQ area and large party deck. Washer/dryer

I really enjoyed our stay at this location. It's a home that is large enough to accompany quite a few people, our party had 13 people. It was a bit away from the activities that my family had planned but it was quite and relaxing. I do wish that the outside patio had some sort of lining to keep out the mosquitoes so we could have enjoyed meals outside. We weren't able to meet the owners in person however they were very responsive to our calls and provided assistance by phone. They did an excellent job accomedating to our needs.

Held a company Fishing trip at Casa Arroyo Lodge. We stayed on the Upper Level & everyone loved it! The ice machine was awesome, the bbq pits worked great, the beds (at least mine) were comfortable, the elevator was super convenient, the couch area was comfortable, etc. The owners were very friendly and available if needed. My employees had a blast. The only downfall was the fishing at the pier. We didnt catch a whole lot maybe because of the lighting or the lack of skill. Either way we had a great time. Also, we chartered 5 boats that picked us up right from the back dock/pier. That was super convenient. I can definitely see us having another outing there!
