Stayed 4 nights with my girlfriend- played 18- the course was in perfect condition despite the heavy rains. Played through. Anyway, we will be coming back bringing family and friends along this time. The dining options are great, nice pool, the beach is a 3.9/5 (there are better beaches elsewhere on the island). We had our room serviced everyday- the staff was great. Overall a really great experience and I highly recommend it.

I had such an amazing time here! The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous. Very updated and modern, water fountains everywhere and everything looks better at night with all the lights. The staff were so sweet and welcoming, made our stay very comfortable. The food and drinks were very good. It makes sense why there is no all inclusive option. Definitely booking this again for my next visit and I highly recommend!!!!

We had an awesome stay! Our first day being there the sewage backed up into our room (shower and floor drain) but the staff immediately accommodated us and moved us to another room. Great drinks at the lobby bar. Pool area is a vibe for sure! Would definitely go back!

Great hotel for family vacation - rooms are spacious and modern, swimming pools are amazing, beach is beautiful, stafff is super helpful. The hotel is also close to many attractions and only 30-45min away from the airport and San Juan.

Looks can be deceiving as this property is luxurious and the beach is very nice, but when it comes to the service provided it was lacking and underwhelming. The grounds are spectacular and the lobby and restaurant areas are pleasing as well. The staff at the restaurant were the only ones that were overly pleasant and extremely attentive. The staff maintaining and working the property were lackadaisical and very slow to provide service. The rooms were pleasant but the upkeep and service to the needs of the vacationers was almost nonexistent. There was little effort in making sure that the experience and needs for the clientele were taken care of. It was a bit of a lazy effort in what I experienced. I would most likely choose another resort after the service experienced during my stay.

The property itself was beautiful. The food options were okay if you stayed on the resort ;)The only down fall is that they only clean your room every 3 days so if you need anything you have to call however they are very prompt with service

We encountered a rude manager at first , reading transportation so don’t rely on there “recommended” third part of transportation. Other than that it was really nice , staffing was helpful , the property is very nice and well kept. We will be returning !

Overall it was a nice vacation but that was more because of the pool and beach. The food was not good, the roof of my room leaked, and housekeeping ignored me until I complained and then harassed me afterward (knocking on my door late at night and setting my alarm clock for 5am).

The resort itself is very nice. The design, layout and grounds of the resort are well designed and feels very big, open and airy when walking around. The pool was big, spacious and never felt over crowded. The beach was private and not crowded at all. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are several restaurants on site that all had good service and the food was very good. We stayed there for 4 days with kids and everyone had a great time.

This was our first vacation w children, ages 3 and 5; and first trip to Puerto Rico. Direct flight out of Hartford and no passports needed made it an easy choice! The pool was incredible and made the stay worthwhile, even better was the smaller pool in front of our villa. Our room was gorgeous. Water views from the balcony and the front door. Spacious and comfortable. Food was just ok. Nori and nectar were the best meals we had, and the tacos from the food truck at the pool. Staff communication was less than great, parking was not clearly communicated, to the point where we paid $30 for the first night because we weren’t told that our room had free parking right in front of the building. We spent the week eating at the buffet because we thought it was included with our room, no one told us it wasn’t until we checked out and paid about $100/day for uneaten bagels and fruit for our toddlers. I’d go back, but not without seeing what else is out there on other parts of the island. Especially because the town of rio grande didn’t seem to have much to offer and weather is unpredictable due to the mountains and rainforest nearby!

Beautiful property in a stunning lovation. Beach access and pool were convenient and well maintained. Limited dining options. Definately need to rent a car. Housekeeping was the worst I’ve been in any hotel resort, I’ve stayed. They would never finish cleaning a room. There were days they would do the bathroom, not the bed. They never changed our sheets. There was a day were they used our already dirty towel folded as fresh. Floors were dirty on a regular basis. Rooms were not fully cleaned on a regular basis. The guys giving rides throughout the resort were always very nice and helpful.

Israel at front desk made the check in process amazing. The drivers daily getting you across the property are so hospitable. The two best restaurants are Noir and the Steakhouse best food n customer service. The Paulina at Top Gulf professional and hospitable otherwise additional training required. The bakery n pastries awesome. The Market staff great. The grounds are excellent the property is beautiful. The pools are great. The beach has too much reefs and not swim worthy. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a conference, couples and retreat space.

Frankly, the resort didn’t meet me and my wife’s expectations. The food was average, at best, and overpriced. The drinks were weak. Buffet breakfast for 2 people when you include the tip was $70… ridiculous. And the staff was less than enthusiastic. However, I have to give a shout out too Jesus at Néctar, Jeremiah at the front desk, the young team at the beach bar, and Angelo at Prime. They provided professional, enthusiastic service. Bottom line, I would not recommend this property if you’re looking for a 4-star experience.

Loved this place. Perfect scenery the gardens and pools were amazing. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were great. I would definitely recommend this property for couples. Very quite and clean

I saw lots of crazy reviews before i went and kinda got scared but as soon as we got there these workers were literally the nicest people ! The stay is beautiful! It is a little expensive but you kinda gotta expect that at a non all exclusive …. I’m not sure what the crazy reviews are for but my experience was great and i will be back for sure!

I didn’t expect that this place is that beautiful. Is better than on the pictures. I will come back definitely again. Room is very clean and elegant. I am obsessed with room view

Pool was nice, Beach was small but nice, lots of small seashells for the kids. The property and staff was great. Will be back
