Gente eu não esperava que pelo valor fosse um hotel tão básico e apertado, não que eu me importe mas realmente é assim apertado não se condiz com o preço. Café da manhã limitada com pães passados nada fresco achei tudo limitado. Localização é boa, porém por esse valor e estrutura era melhor ter escolhido um mais barato que você já espera isso, agora esse hotel ele realmente surpreendeu na desqualidade kkkk. Recepção achei demorada mas o moço de noite super educado e gentil. Já na hora do check out tinha uma mulher super mal educada e grossa, nunca vou entender gente mal humorada trabalhando em recepção. Conclusão: se quer pagar caro achando que vai ser bom escolha outra nesse padrão e veja as reviews antes, pq os mais baratos vão suprir bem mais. Agora se for pq não tem escolha, pode escolher e dormir pq só vai servir pra isso. Não é um hotel terrível mas no máximo 1 estrela e meia.

Great location near Lapa with good bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast every morning. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Very basic hotel and generally clean but damp and smells stale. Also my minibar fridge leaked all over the floor. They sent someone to fix it and they did but the leak didn’t stop so had to mop it up with a towel. Air conditioning was loud but ineffective. Took an hour to cool even a little. The toilet had stains and I had to clean it myself. The shower didn’t heat up on first use so had to take a cold shower. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone and everything.

America Granada Hotel is our first option every time we need a hotel in the center of Rio. It's a great value hotel with great price, location and service.

First of all they wouldn’t give me a plate, Fork or a knife without being pursed which I thought I though was ridiculous. They never cleaned the room I was in I stayed over 3 days. The staff were super rude !! Overall very bad experience!

The room wasn't on the standard I had paid for and it was smaller. Manager wasn't available most of the time so I gave up. There was gaps on the wall and mosquitos were found in the room on my arrival. There was a leak from the shower tray towards under the sink so I have to use a hand towels to keep the floor dry and safe.But the highlight of my staying was a unpleasant meeting with one of the night receptionist called Rodrigo. I have been staying in this hotel for many years and nerve ever had any problems. He was very disrespectful, arrogant and showed not at least a standard level of costumer service. Although the rest of the staffs were excellent, but is amazing how just one individual can give you a very bad impression of the hotel. It is really a shame, I have no intention to book this hotel in future and I strong recommend that you do the same. So many hotels in Rio de Janeiro that will welcome us with a open arms. I didn't need that dreadful experience really.

The staff were very helpful... A special shout out to Angela, who was an angel in assisting us to get a Uber type ride to our next destination. Visitors to Brazil need to a number (only available to Brazilians) CPF # on so many different services in Brazil///but Angela helped us out... I would suggest requesting a room with a view.. Our second room here, although booked the day prior our stay, had an indoor corridor view. Nice top deck pool area.
