O apartamento é ótimo, muito bem cuidado, limpo, arejado, muito funcional, com tudo que é necessário para o conforto das pessoas durante sua estadua. As fotos apresentada no anúncio são fiéis ao imóvel. O Fabio é uma pessoa ótima, tranquilo de negociar e muito atencioso.

Experiência muito positiva. Imóvel excelente , bem localizado com tudo funcionando perfeitamente , próximo a praia. Bairro muito tranquilo com comércio bem próximo. Não poderia deixar de falar sobre os proprietários ( Sr. Fabio e sua esposa ) que são extremamente agradáveis , totalmente dispostos a auxiliar no que fosse preciso. Um diferencial na minha opinião. Antes de locar o apartamento me deu todas as informações necessárias com rapidez. Olhei vários imóveis , e de longe o atendimento e disposição em auxiliar foi o melhor ( mesmo ainda sem eu ter definido sobre a locação ) . Parabéns por tudo . Com certeza retornaremos e indicaremos para os amigos e familiares .

Fui com meu esposo e mais duas filhas, o Sr. Fábio muito atencioso nos recebeu no horário combinado e nos mostrou tudo que precisávamos saber para um bom uso do apartamento. Loquei esse imóvel para minha cunhada. Ela ficaria em um lugar afastado e que não oferecia tão boas condições, portanto entrei no site e localizei esse apartamento. Fiz contato com o Sr Fábio que negociou todas as condições e fechamos o contrato. Ele foi muito gentil porque foi de última hora que acertamos. Ele se deslocou do Rio de Janeiro para nos atender bem no final de semana. Minha cunhada ficou encantada com o apartamento. Pequeno mas muito prático, arejado, bem cuidado e confortável. Rio das Ostras falta água constantemente, o Sr Fábio tem a preocupação de abastecer a caixa d'agua com carro pipa para que o hóspede não tenha imprevistos. Se tivermos oportunidade de voltar a Rio das Ostras procurarei o Sr Fábio para nos atender. Flávia

A confiança antes de mais nada deve ser mencionada. O imóvel esta exatamente como anunciado. É muito bom quando olhamos fotos pela internet e chegamos ao local nos surpreendemos pela qualidade. Foi isso que aconteceu! A localização do imóvel, acomodações, utensílios domésticos, tudo estava conforme o que foi anunciado, além de tudo novinho, novo mesmo. A limpeza estava impecável e tudo funcionava perfeitamente. O proprietário preocupou-se muito com detalhes para o bom conforto familiar, não faltou nada. Já recon,endei a meus amigos e recomendo a todos que procura, conforto, segurança e proximidade com pizzarias, bares, restaurantes, mercados e, principalmente, a praia. Só tenho elogios a fazer e destaco ainda o cuidado do proprietário em indica e mostrar pessoalmente locais turísticos de maioresdestaques na região.

AMAMOS!!! O apto muito bem cuidado, Novo, limpo!!! Sentimos em casa passamos 4 dias, fica perto da Lagoa da coca cola, é a 400 metros do ap, fica uma ótima Praia q íamos todos os dias sem usar carro!!!! O Sr.Fábio muitíssimo atencioso, fez um rápido tour conosco assim q chegamos, já foi uma grande diferença!!! q nos empenhou a desbravar algumas praias , resumindo: RECOMENDO ESTE LOCAL, QUEM FICAR HOSPEDADO NO AP NÃO SE ARREPENDERÁ... VOLTAREMOS EM BREVE!!!!
