"We did not like that there was not bacardi rum. My traveling mate and myself picked up some kind of bug too. I was not as ill as my friend but we are not sure if it was from something we ate or possible the water. bottled water was provided in the room but not anywhere else. Also, next time we visit we will make sure we bring our own drinking glasses to the bars. The way they were cleaning the glasses did not look very sanitary. thank you for a great time. "

"No place will ever be perfect wherever u go! Let me get that out the way first.. there’s always room for improvements and we all know that. I love this hotel. Don’t listen to the negative reviews other might say about this resort ok. It’s worth the money and the place is clean and the very friendly kind staffs. The variety and space is amazing. The swim up bar at the pool, the slide, the food the bartenders make good drinks, the receptionist that check us in was warm n welcoming etc. I highly recommend it. The room are clean and have the necessities that’s needed. Great place. I will return for sure. "

"The property is very beautiful and well-kept. The best part was beach that was wide and clean. We really liked that all restaurants were walk in without reservation that allowed us to try almost all of them. I was not impressed by the breakfast but lunch was really good. The biggest minus was not the best evening entertainment. During day the team was ok but in the evening it was not good at all. We were in Iberostar Maya and it was so much better. Otherwise, we will definitely recommend this property and we had great time."
