It was raining one of the evenings we were going out and they had umbrellas to use for guests. We also were leaving in the morning before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare us a breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before. When i tell you we could not have been more grateful for that as we had a 5hr travel ahead of us with tight train connections. Truly above and beyond hotel.
