Comfortable, clean and homely
What a lovely stay I had! Helen was so welcoming and friendly. The B&B was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and my room was SO comfortable - a king-sized bed all to myself! Breakfast was delicious. I am already looking to come again next year and bring my parents. It's an ideal place for a small party to stay, with just the two rooms and bathrooms.

Helen was a fantastic host. welcoming us with afternoon tea on arrival was lovely touch. Breakfast was faultless and portion sizes gave a good start to the day. The location is ideal to access everything available in Richmond. Definitely recommend and would return. Thank you for a lovely stay

Whats not to like, quality b n b, fabulous host, top quality breakfast with delicious cream tea thoroughly enjoyed and unexpected. From the comfy bed to the top quality gowns and towels to the beautiful garden and fab interiors we have already recommended to friends. What an idilic setting. Best breakfast ever.
