First room had no bathroom door, holes in sheets, bare bulb lamp. Got upgraded to room with bathroom door. Clean but bathroom ceiling had been leaking, bathroom door latch came off, microwave had broken front plastic window. Only had one wash cloth. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Breakfast consist of waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee and apple juice. We rented a room with a jacuzzi tub which had the vending and ice machines directly across from the room. So we were woken up several times from inconsiderate people.

Overall, hotel is nice. Comfortable bed, clean room. Free parking. Cons were traffic noise from interstate snd trains which tracks are less than a block away. Several run throughout the day and night. If you ask for extra towels they will accommodate you. No shampoo in our room but I brought some. There is a gap under door that lets in light and noise. New TV. We did have problems with people staying there being loud ( screaming for no reason) and a fog that barked the third night for nearly two hours nonstop. I called office and asked them to do something about the barking dog. Next time I called it was busy then it said maintenance. People were up walking around after dog started barking and people screaming to shut up. Bad owners! They did have grab and go breakfast but we did not eat there. Most rooms have been renovated. People were nice at checkin.

It's a serious matter, and we never tolerate drugs or other illegal activities in our hotel or on our property. We provide a safe experience, and the safety of our guests is our first priority. Already, the security and staff have been alerted to be more proactive and seriously listen and verify the claims if any suspicious activities are going on around the premises, as we are against such acts. Aside from the notices of usual maintenance going on the hotel was very spacious and had the best rooms I’ve ever seen.
