The conditions of motel were disgusting!! And staff were rude and lazy and not very accommodating! Worst motel ever! Only stayed for like 30 minutes and left because of staff and conditions.
Horrible customer service , can't get a hold of the hotel directly e e. Though the phone system tells you to call them directly. They own me a refund but not able to get any one to call or answer

This property was NOT on our route. Your site gave inaccurate information as Richfield is NOWHERE near I-15 where we are traveling. I tried to rectify the problem & was told it was past the check-in date! Yeah. The motel was 56 miles away from where we needed it!! Please give us credit on my VISA so we continue to use your company for airfare & hotels. Thank you.
It was perfect for a quick overnight stay on a multi day drive. Free breakfast was extremely limited, so don’t expect it to substitute for an actual breakfast.
Great stay with my boxer for the night. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the shower head was a nice touch. Fast food dining within walking distance, otherwise there are numerous options in this quaint town in Utah
Definitely stay here. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave us a room location to fit our needs precisely.The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and well stocked at all times.
It was convenient for our travels. Quiet and clean!

There was no long distance dialing. Internet access was advertised but non-existent. No way outside parties could leave messages (or room to room messages). Breakfast was extremely limited and hours inconvenient.
This was extremely basic for a quick overnight, but it was dirty. The bedsheets were stained and there was hair on the bathroom floor and on the towels. Somewhat noisy being by the highway and the upstairs neighbors as well. Front desk staff was friendly.
Nothing special, hallway carpets soiled, friendly house keepers, room was clean though and bed was comfortable. Entry door is small and unwelcoming feel to it.

Ok for quick stay. Worn. Don’t expect much.
Been staying here on and off for many years. It’s worn. Updated rooms but Sheets are worn. Hallways need vacuuming. Sparse breakfast.

Great stay. Very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The pizza restaurant across the street was great. There is no place to recycle stuff.
