Don and his horses teach educators and business professionals how to communicate better and how to be more effective. We often "camp out" at this cool little country B&B during the Christmas holidays with friends. Cowboy Campout is a 15-acre working horse ranch just north of Historic Montgomery, Texas near the Sam Houston National Forest. The bunkhouse accommodates 12 guests in semi-private rooms. "My sister and I reserved a room at the last minute. We were both shocked at how clean our room was. It was also really quiet. The outdoor pool area and grounds were well kept. The road was a good distance from the hotel. You could see all the traffic but you couldn’t hear it. They also had fresh coffee and free continental breakfast. . The front desk clerk, Viviana, was really helpful and professional. She really made us feel comfortable and safe so we were able to get a good nights rest. I was sure to let the manager know before checking out the next morning. She was also very kind and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!"
