Very disappointed
Although the room was clean the quality of this hotel has gone down over the years. We typically stay here once a year for an event in town, this will be our last stay. Be mindful that when booking the room, the pictures of the room do not match up to the room you get. The hotel failed to put salt on the side walks after an ice storm came through town while we were there. The employees chose to smoke right outside the main entrance, and the room directly above us had a squeaky bed which we had to listen to our first night. Very disappointed...

We were disappointed in our stay. Very noisy fan running all night, one tv didn't work correctly with remote, tub drain didn't drain..... we brought it up with front desk and they said they're werent any fans that were running??? The rest of it wasnt of her concern either.

Don't stay at this hotel.
First the price was high for what we got. We had gotten a handicap room for my fragile elderly mother who's almost 92. The beds were so high she wasn't able to get into them and took a fall trying to get into bed at 4:30 am after using the bathroom. Yes, she did hurt herself and bled after banging her arm on the stand between the beds and had gotten bruising. If she was in a wheelchair she wouldn't have been able to get into the bed becauseof the height. The shower is handicap but no where to put your shampoo and soap. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain and the sink drain is very slow. Our room number was 110. We could hear and feel someone running around in the room above us. There is no where to put a curling iron on when in use in the bathroom. It wasn't a good stay at all.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The work-out room was very limited but we found good walking trails around Rice Lake. Overall, very happy with our stay.

There was no cold water at all..tv didn’t work. I even let the front desk know and they still didn’t come fix it. The staff seemed like they didn’t wanna help with anything. Hopefully I can get some kind of refund for my two nights stay.

End unit on 1st floor is horrible. Next to side door which squeaks when opened and slams when it closes. You can hear all of which from room. I would insist on 3 floor next time if I would come back. Cause it would have to be for free. Hot water maybe 90 degrees. The faucet handle for shower/tub needs to be replaced. Very hard to turn. Shower head is held up zip ties, rather than maintenance fixing maybe a .25 cent screw. Front of building all the grass is dead and literally plopped in Kwik Trip parking lot. Luckily Kwik Trip is right in the parking lot, because that’s where I had to get breakfast. No waffle batter was made that morning. 1 omlet maker, which takes too long. If you want milk for cereal it came out of a gallon jug in the fridge. No single serving milks for this. Everyone handles the sale container ?

The property is starting to show it’s age but it was convenient for us. I asked if we could upgrade our room upon arrival and was told no because we booked through a third party (Expedia) so was disappointed about that. The floors creak so I could hear every time the person staying above us got up in the middle of the night and flushed the toilet but I’m sure the people below us could hear me do the same. Probably will not stay there again. Plus the manager denied me an early check in even through I have the Wyndham rewards card.

The only ream drawback was no countertop space in the bathroom. Made it pretty difficult to get ready in the morning.
