We checked in late might andthere was an issue with the card payment which was resolved in the morning. Room was clean but poor condition with rotted wood in bathroom. We could feel yhe springs through matress and small holes in sheet. Noisy residents until 2am. Breakfast was excellent but wouldnt recommend due to quality of room.

Great for short stopover.
Very simple, very basic, but as ever very friendly welcome and all you need for a one night dtop over. Would not recommend for a long stay, as very few facilities, but what they had worked for us.

Good location - moderate hotel.
The location is good, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was a slightly odd setup with no shower curtain between the shower and the rest of the room. Overall feels a bit tired - but in no way horrible. There is free car parking about 5 minutes walk away, which was a real help

Love it.
Fabulous little hotel. Comfy, clean and friendly. Good breakfast choice and the terrace area by the breakfast room is very pretty. Not much of a view and we didn’t have a balcony, but it’s a city hotel at s good price and it’s only for a sleep and a shower. Will be staying here again.

Good value hotel in good location.
We have stayed here 3 or 4 times before. Good location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, just wish there was freshly baked bread, good hotel for a good price. Obviously we will stay here again.

It’s very cheap for a quick pit stop when travelling on the ferry the next day. Breakfast included with the stay can’t grumble at the price either

Close to Old Town
Hotel rooms are small. Bathroom very small but adequate for short stay. Breakfast very good lots of choice. Mozzies in Greece are plentiful. Leave aircon on night and door closed. Plug in mozzie repelant in drawer under tv,use it.

Centrally located
Clean tidy staff excellent, breakfast average, third stay at Savoy, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Good location for exploring Old town and Mandraki harbour.

Location was pretty cool, and the breakfast was also nice but staff were not friendly and also the room was not enough to say clean. We had small ants all over the room ... Bathroom was sucks! We didnt have any door for the shower tho.

Shower was small and no curtain or enclosure. The bathroom door was frosted glass which required you to place a towel over the door for privacy.

Needed a good value hotel for an overnight stay before heading off to the small islands. The savoy is nicely situated for the harbour being only a 10 minute walk away. Great breakfast to set you up for the day and pleasant and friendly staff.

A great place to stay in the centre of Rhodes Town
We had a lovely suite on the top floor with a fantastic view, well worth the extra few pounds! The hotel owner Lefteris is a lovely man and has been very kind to us on previous visits. We always stay here on our way home and get a warm welcome every time. The breakfast is great too.

Security Issue
I thought the place was ok but one thing ruined it for me. When we left for the day, they made us leave the key with the man at the front desk, but every night I would come back to a new desk person and all I would say is my room # and they would give me the key, without showing any identification or anything. This for me was a huge security risk, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of it. Get electronic keys!!! or get multiple keys!!! When I confronted the front desk about why I must leave the key, he said "What if you lose it?" That just tells me they are not organized enough if they only have one key per door. Other than that, it was good location, and I liked having a balcony.

Great location and very friendly staff.
One of the reasons we booked the Savoy Hotel was the information stated the room had pillowtop beds. This information was completely wrong. It also stated that the room had a mini bar, this also was wrong, there was only a fridge. Hotels.com need to do a little more investigation before giving people the wrong information. We had a very uncomfortable 2 nights sleep.

I was given a smokers room and from the stale smoke odour I found it difficult sleeping. Air con did not work on a very hot and muggy night.
