This was a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. The room we had was large, well appointed, and had an incredible view of the Adriatic. However, it was the staff and the excellent customer service that made our stay superb. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

The staff at Aquagrand made our 3-night stay a wonderful experience. The location just a bit south of Lindos' main area is quiet and beautiful. The resort is fabulous with multiple swimming and dining options. Our spacious room overlooking the main pool with the Aegean Sea in the background was large, modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has options to satisfy almost any craving. We had dinner and enjoyed wine overlooking the Sea every evening. Thank you to our sommelier and new friend Papagiannis and his protege Fortini for taking such great care of us!

I loved the design and the public areas. The room was very basic. The lighting in the room was terrible. Impossible to read or put on make up. The bath towels were very small and seemed worn out.There was no hand held shower in the shower.Staff was fabulous and ameneties were superb. The mattress was not comfortable.

5 Star hotel out of town.
Everything was very good - service, food, room (private pool), housekeeping & beach. Located a little out of the way & require a hire car. Expected to "dress up" at all restuarants for dinner...not what we wanted for a Summer Beach holiday so we dined at some lovely restuarants in Lindos.

Overall lovely hotel, the look of this property is superb. Unfortunately it is lacking in atmosphere and we found it slightly sterile in terms of being friendly and welcoming. It is very very quiet almost where you found yourself whispering at times! The pool areas and beach could do with some more shower areas too which would be nice when it’s hot and you don’t want to get in the pool or sea. We were staying the the shared private pool suites which were lovely, again a shower area by the pool would be great. The rooms themselves are fantastic but shower area could have more space for toiletries and there was no plug next to kettle so coffee area in room could be slightly more user friendly. We had some drilling directly above us in one room where they had workmen in which we complained about. The hotel offered us a complimentary dinner in their Al la carte restaurant however when we got there they had only given us a ‘restricted menu’ of two choices of starter, main and dessert - all other diners had the full menu! We found this very disappointing as the hotel had offered the meal (they could have just offered a bottle of wine) and then to just offer two dining options was very strange! Overall hotel is beautiful but given its price and star rating, they do need to tweak the little touches. I’m not sure how they could fix the atmosphere of the hotel though.

Relaxing holiday
We had a lovely stay at the AquaGrand. The welcome was amazing and the upgrade to our room, totally unexpected but much appreciated. The room with private pool was lovely and was cleaned to a high standard every day. We loved the food, lots of choice and all delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good position on the beach and close enough to Lindos town and Acropolis, only a few minutes by car or a half hour easy walk. A must to see! We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Enjoyable stay but
My wife and I had a lovely holiday but slightly marred by a sewage smell on our patio and private pool areas.This was apparent in the morning and may have been due to cleaning in the adjacent sewage plant.In which case perhaps that should be completed before guests sit out after breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the buffet food excellent.I would recommend this hotel to any friends who do not have children as they are not allowed at this hotel.I would return in future.

Aqua Grand was exceptional!!! My hubby and I made a quick getaway to Lindos and we did not regret it! The hotel was immaculate! The staff so so friendly and helpful! The beach was perfect and the pool in our suite was awesome! We have been blessed to have been able to stay at some of the top hotels and this is most definitely in our top 3! Don’t hesitate and book now if your loooking for the most relaxing and luxurious hotel in Rodos!!

Perfect, a hidden gem!
Perfect! Great hotel, several pools, close to Lindos village. Good breakfast, several food options on site, friendly service, magnificent views, very peaceful. We got upgraded to a room with a shared swimming pool which was awesome. Spacious rooms, modern decor. I will stay here if coming back to Lindos!

Booked the room with private pool but it wasn't private. It was right next to the main pool and didn't look at all like the picture. When I asked to move to something more private it was a big upcharge. Will not stay here again.

Wedding Anniversary Celebration
What an amazing property this is. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary at this hotel and had a great and unforgettable time. The property is very spread out, which even at full capacity doesn't feel busy at all. There are plenty of sun beds every day, no need to reserve. Bar serves amazing cocktails, we enjoyed them every night. For lunch we ate at Italian restaurant by the main pool or at the Greek restaurant by the beach, both served a great and very reasonably priced food. We also booked half board and enjoyed the dinner buffet food very much. Every evening there was a nice music/ entertainment by the beach which was a perfect way to chill out with a drink. Special thank you Despina for helping with our taxi arrangements and to the Maitre d' at the main restaurant for helping my husband with gluten free food.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms and all facilities are great. Massive rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice think mattresses on sun beds. Good food although al la carte pricey. Note that pebbly beach and very rocky getting into sea.

We arrived around 10.30pm and were greeted by two very friendly receptionists who informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite with a pool and sea view. WOW what a great start to our stay. I could go on and on but in summary , fantastic hotel with warm and friendly staff everywhere you went. The hotel itself was spotless ! The restaurant was awesome, from the friendly greeting on entering to the friendly servers, they all went out of their way to ensure you got everything you wanted. The choice of food was something else, from the displays through to the taste awesome. You need to go there as it's pure pleasure ! Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay here before the season had really started, the staff were amazing and attentive, the facilities were great although the gym is very small and even with 2 people in there it was a little crowded (there were only 20 people in the hotel) so it really needs to be bigger to match up to other 5* places. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay and would recommend!!

I always am a little sceptical about hotels that have such high scores but even though it was right at the end of the holiday season everything about the hotel was fantastic particularly the staff. Only one suggestion may be to run a shuttle bus a few times a day from the hotel to Lindos.

Had a quiet relaxing time. Spotlessly clean room and hotel. Got an unexpected upgrade which was fantastic. Staff always happy and helpful. Entertainment provided not really for me but Lindos town a short taxi ride away and plenty to do there. Definitely recommend if a luxury quiet break is what you want.

Staff were amazing very friendly & helpful without being over the top. Hotel is very quiet, never any trouble getting sun beds, meals or drinks. Lovely Blufin restaurant, food ,setting & staff very good. Great lunch in Olivino & very reasonable prices.

Child free bliss. Highly recommend the private pool rooms in block 9. Peace and quiet with ample facilities for the guests - no reserving or fighting over tables, sunbeds or anything. Restaurants produce fantastic quality food and we had a lovely meal from the main Blue Fin restaurant on a private gazebo on the beach. A 5 minute cab ride to Pefkos and Lindos. Private beach is lovely - warm waters and lots of space. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

the hotel is amazing for couples stay, very romantic atmosphere, very quite and relaxing. several pools, close to the beach. 2 minutes taxi to the lindos village (6e). the restaurants are great, however i recommend taking dinner in the village restaurants, as the dinner in the main hotel rest was too much for us (and was pretty expensive as well), also the food was ok-good but not great. the bluefin rest is nice, but does not offer too much of a variety. for lunch the oliviano bar is great. the room was VERY clean and comfortable, we got a private pool room which was awesome.

Lovely hotel - spacious and well designed
Received a great welcome when we arrived - a lovely start. Our stay was comfortable, staff were great, food was good too. Would have preferred that the restaurant bar stayed open longer than 6.30pm as otherwise you had the choice of the buffet (no use if you weren't too hungry) or the beachside restaurant (quite pricey). So we had to have room service a couple of times, which was fine but would have preferred otherwise. Also, given it was exeptionally hot, we did stay in our room more than we otherwise might have on holiday, which of course meant watching TV! Very poor choice of channels - news inn English, news in German, news in Greek and some Greek soaps.

This hotel is just paradise, if you enjoy peace and quiet and being pampered. The staff are kind and helpful, food delicious and varied. Our room was huge and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the beach from our large balcony. The pools are great and the hotel is right on the beach, where you can walk/swim out (footwear required) and snorkel! There are wooden slats on the stony/sandy beach for pushchairs or wheelchairs. The location is peaceful, just 2 miles past Lindos. So each evening we walked the 2 miles to the town for varied evening meals, then back again, enjoying the scenery, goats and donkeys! Just 2 little tips for the hotel - we would have liked a hot shower before we left to catch our late flight home, rather than a cold one in the pool area. I would also have liked there to be an iron available for my personal use. Otherwise, absoutely perfect.
