We had a wonderful week
Our stay at Alex Beach Hotel was fantastic. The hotel offers good facilities, nice swimming pools, and good free entertainment on some nights (DJ, greek dancing and latin shows were great fun and interactive). Our double room with a kids' bed was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beachside location and free beach towels were added perks. The food variety was good - far more than I expected and plentiful. Good pasta and pizza options for the children. My 4-year-old also daughter loved the ice cream choices at dinner and around the pool. Though sunbeds were limited, securing one before breakfast was easy. The hotel's location, less then a 10 minute taxi from the airport, was super convenient. The noise from planes never bothered us. I've been to all-inclusive resorts in the past and paid significantly more for lower quality. We didn't use the kids club, but my daughter loved the kids' disco, even though it was primarily in German – it's mostly dancing, so language didn't matter. What truly stands out about this hotel is the exceptional staff. From the bar staff by the pool to the restaurant and lunchtime servers, as well as the reception desk and cleaners, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mattina in the restaurant and Panagoitis Panos, who took great care of us every day. The staff were always on hand, diligently cleaning and refreshing communal areas constantly. Also recommend renting a car from the reception desk to explore the island.

This is an all inclusive hotel catering to German guests. The food is good, the drinks are not. There is extremely loud music at the main pool each morning. The rooms are lovely. It is not a peaceful place, it’s very loud with lots of children and group activities going on in the pool. The hotel is close to a large power station which you can see and hear and smell. There is also regular airplane noise as it is very close to the airport.

The hotel is super nice, the pools looked large and had cool stuff for kids. The service by the people is friendly. The beach is splittedbin a sandy part where the beach beds are and rought stone where you enter the sea. I would highly propose to take shoes to go into the sea. The food is good for an all inclusive hotel. But outside of the hotel you get real greek food at a much higher quality. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the airport (10min away), from the beach you have a superb view for the sunset and it‘s close to the surf and kitesurf stations.

great hotel

Very nice hotel
Hotel is very nice, approx 10 mins from the airport. Facilities excellent, food choice was great and to a very high standard, excellent swimming pools and private beach area. Staff very friendly. Mainly German visits at this hotel. Overall a super week, would definitely go back.

A fantastic hotel with great facilities, location and staff. The hotel was situated near a small number of quite bars and restuarants and well serviced by shops. Frustrating lack of available sunbeds or should I say were made unavailable by towels!

Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Kinder werden rundum bespasst mit Kids Club und Minidisco. Wir amüsierten uns beim Surfen, Tennisspielen und beim Baden im Pool und im Meer! Essen ist gut Unterkunft auch. Wir waren schon das 3. mal da.

Prisvärt all inclusive med bra mat, uppskattade fram för allt strandrestaurangen på kvällen precis vid vattnet. Fantastisk grillmat. Trevlig personal. Enda negativa var urvalet av alkoholfria drycker och fram för allt sockerfria alternativ. Dispenser-läsken var söt och kan förbättras. Ölen var bra men även drinkarna kan uppgraderas med mer citrusfrukter mynta. Tror många hellre betalar lite mer för roligare drycker. Fint rum och bra lunch, bra vattenträning och tennisbana, bordtennis, volleyboll. Kommer gärna tillbaka!! Rekommenderas!

Fluglärm: Wir waren uns des hohen Fluglärms nicht bewusst. Die Hotelanlage liegt direkt in der Verlängerung der Start-(Lande-)bahn, was bedeutet, dass der Lärm enorm ist und dies auch noch Mitten in der Nacht (letzte Flüge um 2:00 Uhr, erste Flüge um 6:00 Uhr). Mehrmals täglich starten die Flüge im 5 Minuten Takt. Nähe Flughafen: natürlich entsprechend positiv für die Anreise, aber für uns wäre eine längere Anreise für ruhige Ferien absolut vertretbar gewesen. Essräumlichkeiten: Buffetbereich ist absolut überbelichtet. Ausserdem keine Abtrennungen vorhanden und dadurch extrem laut und unangenehm. Aussenbereiche zum Essen sind viel zu gering und an den meisten Plätzen viel zu laut um auch nur annähernd in Ferienstimmung zu verfallen. Morgen- und Nachtessen ist für all inklusive ganz ok und abwechslungsreich. Die Pizzen sind gut. Das Mittagessen verleidet rasch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Poolbereich ist schön gestaltet. Mehr Duschen und ein Babybereich im Schatten wären noch nett gewesen. Am Meer wars angenehm und ruhig. Wir buchten die Unterkunft aufgrund der Nähe zum Kite & Windsurfcenter, welche sehr nahe bzw. sogar auf dem Areal sind. Unser Zimmer war modern, sauber, gross, toll und inklusive Regendusche. Die Better waren ein wenig hart, aber für Griechenland auf einem hohen Niveau. Uns nervte allerdings die Klimaanlage des Hauptgebäudes (unser Zimmer war gleich nebenan). Rezeption: war eher wortkarg und wenig darauf bedacht Informationen zu geben.

Struttura davvero ben tenuta, tanto divertimento sopratutto per bambini. Stanze nuove e ben curate, anche molto grandi. Tantissimo spazio dove passare il tempo dedicandosi al relax. Piscine grandi e molto belle! Il mare attaccato al resort a soli pochi passi peccato però per il vento unico punto debole è che purtroppo condiziona il mare. Detto questo consiglio questa struttura perché davvero ne vale la pena😉

Отдыхали семьей с двумя маленькими детьми 4-х и 6-ти лет в конце августа, начале сентября. Плюсы: Территория- чисто, зелено, красивые цветы и оливковые деревья, много тени. Все очень близко , чувствуешь себя как дома, так уютно! Лежаки ставь везде где хочешь и кайфуй, супер! Расположение- от аэропорта на такси 7 минут. Ресторан - выше всяких похвал обслуживание юлогодаря Mr.Takis и его команде. Всегда стараются помочь и встречают с улыбкой и провожают. Голодными не останетесь это точно! Пляж - всегда есть лежаки и зонтики. Персонал- приветливый и дружелюбный. Особенная благодарность Mr. Takis!!!))) Заселение- быстро и отлично! Берите только бунгало! Это сказка жить там, особено на 1-ом этаже с патио. Бассейн - чистая вода, хлорированная и за ним хорошо ухаживают. Минусы: Территория - очень скользкая плитка везде, травмоопасно! Мало туалетов. Расположение- самолеты каждые 3 минуты над головой и днем и ночью. Ресторан - не хватает на входе антисептика для рук. На дальней веранде работает официант Михалис или похожее имя - грубый тип! Пляж - не для купания абсолютно! Очень ветрено, волны и камни - я разбила колени! Отвратительное место для купания((( Раздевалка - фанерный коробок со сломанным замком, душ в поддоне которого постоянно стояла вода, грязно(

Чудесный отель, с хорошим обслуживанием и дружелюбным персоналом, красивой ухоженной зеленой территорией со множеством бассейнов и детской горкой, но неудачно расположенный. Отель не подходит для пляжного отдыха, на море волны и постоянно дует ветер. Райское место для любителей кайтинга и виндсерфинга. Семьям с маленькими детьми лучше отдыхать на другом побережье острова Родос.

Rapporto qualità prezzo più che buono per struttura frequentata prevalentemente da tedeschi e, in parte, da russi. Cibo e bevande a volontà con la formula All Inclusive, intrattenimento prevalente per tedeschi. Possibilità Windsurf e Kite nelle strutture adiacenti. Il mare non è bello come quello della costa opposta, ma a differenza dell'altra parte qui è SEMPRE ventilato, ed in agosto, in grecia, questo può fare la differenza, considerato che con macchina a noleggio puoi visitare le altre. Cucina buona anche per Italiani. Le stanze assegnate erano molto piccole per una famiglia di due adulti e due bambini. Comunque struttura consigliata

Un soggiorno molto piacevole
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole. La struttura è bella e ben mantenuta, il servizio è molto efficente ed il personale cortese e disponibile. La nostra camera, dotata di un letto matrimonale e due divani letto, si è rivelata comoda e pulita. Buona la ristorazione, cucina internazionale e di buona qualità, anche se il menù è un po' ripetitivo; ottima tuttavia la possibilità, previa prenotazione, di cenare presso il bar della spiaggia dove alla sera viene offerta anche la grigliata di carne e pesce. Per chi ama la formula del villaggio all inclusive la struttura ha tutto ciò che si puo' desiderare; noi siamo stati relativamente poco nel villaggio in quanto interessati a visitare l'isola e le spiagge dell'altra costa, più indicate per la balneazione, ma all'hotel ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e ben serviti . La location dell'Alex è eccezionale per gli amanti del surf. Unico elemento di disturbo possono essere gli aerei che decollano dal vicino aeroporto, ma a noi non hanno dato particolarmente fastidio.
