Kindly note & without wishing to be unsympathetic, D’ Andrea Mare hotel has an official star rating of 4 stars awarded by the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) & felt sorry to note that this was not fully in line with your expectations of an International four star hotel. Regarding our plastic glasses, I can ensure that are absolutely clean, due to the fact that we use all the HACCP & ISO22000 procedures (certificates are available at any time needed). At the hotel site & description it's clearly stated that we have only one main restaurant, upon your booking you could check it in order to be aware of. For your information, in order to go to the main restaurant you don't have to become wet, probably you didn't know the way or you didn't ask any member of staff how to go there.
