absolut freundliches Personal!!! Hammer!!

sehr sehr freundliches Personal egal ob bei Frühstück, Rezeption.... fällt richtig auf - selten noch so wie hier!

Cons: Etwas größere Zimmer- waren aber völlig ausreichend.
Location: Altstadt
Super Lage, zentral aber ruhig. Nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, großzügige Bar.

Disappointing

Cons: poor management - and poor follow through on promises
Booked this hotel for the German GP in July - asked the hotel if they could arrange a car and driver for the three days of the GP. Was told this would not be a problem. On the Friday morning, no car and driver and then a very dishevelled (and smelly - obvs been working all night) taxi driver was summoned. Not what we had ordered and would not have got us into the GP Paddock as taxis not allowed. This was repeated on Day 2. Ridiculous charade. Hotel shabby and although staff nice nothing happened as promised. Would not stay here again.

Clean,comfortable,convenient location,great food.

Location: Haupt Str and Alt Stadt within easy walking distance. Shopping close by.
Very clean and comfortable,just the right size. Well stocked with water, coffee,snacks.

Pros: Sehr freundliches Hotelteam. Sehr gute Lage , nur 5 Min bis zur Fußgängerzone. Abgeschlossene Tiefgarage. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet
Cons: Für uns gab es nichts negatives . Geschmäcker sind natürlich verschieden, aber für uns hat alles gepasst.
Location: Bus und Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe

Nice hotel near all forms of public transportation, grocery shopping, restaurants, stores.... Would definitely stay here again!

Forgot shutlle resurvation, no problem at hotel support. There is no hair condisioner.

Great hotel if you can get it at a cheap price

The hotel was great, very friendly staff, and a good location to explore Heidelberg. We were lucky to be upgraded to executive rooms when we arrived, very spacious and comfy, with a massive bed, Tassimo coffee machine, and a slightly tired looking bathroom. What was slightly confusing was we had 2 identical rooms (4 guests) and one had a free minibar but the other did not. Breakfast was very good with a large range of hot & cold buffet food. The only downside with this hotel is that it's expensive so choose your dates wisely to get a good deal.

One is named Executive room and one is named Club room. The Club room has the minibar incldued and the Executive category does not have the minbar included.
