Beautiful luxurious room with the best view. Instructions for check in were perfect. Staff were excellent. We felt well taken care of. Nice spread for breakfast and coffee was great.

Flight came in really late, but easy access to the building and room. Breakfast delivered to room, even though I sent them a short notice, so I appreciate that! Wish I could have stayed longer.

We arrived at Tower Suites very early in the morning. Kimsy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was able to get us into our rooms well before regular check in time. The rooms are very comfortable, the views amazing and breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We were traveling with family and chose to have our breakfasts in the reception area and were able to watch 2 amazing sunrises! Thank you for your hospitality!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The view, the room and facilities are super. A little surprised to the response of the manager just before leaving. When we arrived for our two night stay, the room was very warm, 24,5C. There was no way to lower the heat. When I asked about it, I was told they would look into it. They did, but couldn’t t change it, but opened a window. And told us that someone would come the next day to tend to it. This never happened. We lived with the heating going and a cracked window in winter temperatures. Not ideal, as it dried out our sinuses and nasal passages to the max night time, but, we lived with the situation. An hour before checking out I took the time to let the person at the front desk know that this hadn’t been taken care of. I wanted to let them know before another guest would come in to the room. Which I told them. It was my only reason for bringing it up. The manager stepped in at this time and became very defensive. When there was no need. I wasn’t complaining, I was trying to help them, so another guest would t have to have the same situation. It’s left a sour taste. But, hopefully, it has been taken care of, as it’s a fantastic place to stay in Reykjavik.

Great view, good breakfast. The subwoofer did not work when the audio system was connected to Apple air play, only the soundbar. A plug near the TV for laptop or table streaming purposes would be good too. The lighting system was tricky to figure out, can’t turn off bathroom lights, as they seemed to be on motion timers. Check in was tricky, because it was sent to my email, there was nobody at the lobby when I arrived. This information would have been helpful more in advance, like at the time of booking or the day before, not an hour before arrival, as I spent 2.5 hours driving to get back to Reykjavik, and wasn’t focused on checking my email upon arrival. Overall staff was very helpful and friendly. I was only in town for one night, and did not explore the area.

The hotel is about 10 suites located in the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavík. With full length windows, you get to see amazing skyline views of the city. Check-in process is easy, for us we got a code since we were arriving around 12am. Parking is free. The location is little outside of downtown of Reykjavík, about 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. But there are bus stop right next to the hotel. The room is gorgeous. It’s spacious with a bar like high desk behind the bed. Huge closet to put and hang all the stuff. The bathroom has separate standing shower, and a hot tub. It also has full length window to enjoy the skyline while soaking in the tub. They provide free breakfast, pretty decent for a free one. It has variety of items like bread, cheese, fruits, cereal, eggs, milk, cucumber and avocado. They confirm breakfast time the day before, and bring it to the room in a trolley. There’s a common area in the middle of the floor to get drinks, ice, snacks, coffee, water and tea. There couches and high tables to hang out and enjoy the Reykjavík skyline. Overall we loved the hotel and their service. It was almost self-serve, and we liked that experience.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and couldnt be more pleased that we did. The views are completely unrivalled to anything else you will find in town. There is free underground parking for the duration of the stay and only a 15min walk into downtown reykjavik. The room was spotless and bed very comfy. We did not book the concierge service however all staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. The front desk staff always asked what our plans for the day were as we left and provided advice accordingly. Although using our phones as keys, we were also given a physical key card aswell. We were also provided with a phone number should we need any assistance with anything at all out of hours. Last but not least....the breakfast is wheeled in on a trolley every morning at your preferred time, it is totally outstanding and feels like a real treat. We would book to stay here again without hesitation.

We just stayed at the Suites in room #4 from 10/5-10/7. We thought it would be worthy to share that we had a very okay experience and we felt disappointed that we weren’t advised before hadn’t (right when we booked) that a huge cooperate party right below us would be taking place. We had a “I am sorry” gift on our table, which was considerate but too late. We should have known about this prior to arrival. We would have reconsidered our booking and went somewhere else. This was clearly known prior as the woman in the lobby said it happens 1x a year. It was extremely loud, the base was shaking our room nonstop you couldn’t even have a conversation (this was for hours). We weren’t able to rest after a long day touring. We actually ended up leaving for a few hours to avoid the disruption. Then when we arrived back, there were alcohol bottles and cigarettes all over the front and entrance way it was disgusting. Also drunk people asking for rides and acting obnoxiously. In addition, we weren’t asked if we wanted anything or needed anything upon departure. The 2 ladies at the front just kept talking to themselves and were completely disregarding our departure. Lastly, we heard them talking this AM which was disruptive this morning before we even left our bed. We were in room 4, which is close to the entrance and very noisy and loud. We were disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of honesty, disruptive nature and cold demeanor was off putting.

The most amazing hotel / suite apartment you can stay at. Amazing views, amazing staff who look after every detail and care for you whilst staying here. Tower Suites is up there on the best places we've stayed on a vacation anywhere. Great staff, top notch suites, the breakfast daily is an absolute treat. The views speak by themselves at the 20th floor. The honesty bar is a cool way of making a full size bar available to anyone to mix their own drinks. 5/5.

The view is incredible! The staff are very nice and professional. The hotel restaurants were conveniently located and served a wide variety of local dishes. This hotel is expensive but worth every penny!!!!

Parking was very confusing as the hotel doesnt have its named displayed from the road. Also it is in a building with a lot of other businesses and the underground parking is a nightmare. Also our TV did not work with apple cast and there were only 10 stations available. The property looks very nice but for the price I had hoped for closer to perfection.

Unique combination of small size with only 8 rooms but felt much larger with full service including a welcome and delicious breakfast served daily. Quiet, great view. On site staff during day and evening. Walking distance to some restaurants and to harbor (25 minutes). Taxis available within minutes. Didn't use parking services. First time in my life when I had no issues with stay which, due to its rarity, was noted and appreciated.

Absolutely stunning suite. Extremely large room with a big comfortable bed and gorgeous ensuite. The ceiling to floor windows made the view spectacular. The whole suite was spotless and the large, freestanding pebble bath was definitely a highlight.

Tower Suites is a quiet off the beaten path boutique hotel. They completely spoil you from arrival to departure. Our suite was magnificent. The beds so comfortable, the room was spacious. Breakfast each morning was delicious and delivered upon your requested time. We loved the feeling of being on top of the world and the views were spectacular.

Worth Every Penny
I have traveled all over the world. I booked it for one night before leaving on a private multi day guided tour of Iceland for my 50th birthday. This was the nicest room with the most beautiful view. I absolutely loved everything about my stay and only regret not booking it for my return night at the end of my tour. Our teenage daughter was with us on the trip and slept comfortably on the already prepared bed for her. She especially liked the very soft down pillows and very fluffy and lightweight down covers. The breakfast in the morning was the best during our entire Iceland trip.
