Despite the central location, the apartment sits in a quiet residential area with a lovely communal garden and playground that can even be enjoyed from the apartment.  
  
Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a newly renovated bathroom with a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the children’s room includes a child’s bed and a crib (a twin bed can be installed upon request). The living room also offers a dedicated remote-working area, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays.
